Sooo helpful 🙏😩 thank you !!
This was so helpful. Thank you
Literally the worst feeling 😩 my beginner issue was not getting enough adhesive when dipping the extension so they wouldnt last even a week !
I'm thinking that's my issue and the placement. Crying rn bc I just finished a client and she needed to leave and the final brush out I lost like 25 percent of them 😭😭😭
Thank you!!! This was so helpful! I’ve been having clients with a lot of retention issues recently...in one case it was 10 days after her fill. I realize now that was her aftercare and not me. I was wracking my brain about it, but this video really helped me! Thank you again!
So glad this helped!! It makes my brain go crazy too when this happens
I've never had my lashes done yet,but watched this for future info & ive watched a few of these and I just had to leave a comment here.Very impressed on how detailed & care u put into doing clients lashes.I hope to find someone that's cares about her clients as you do. Great video!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your comment!

Thank you so much!
Grate tips thanks
Thank you ❤
Tanieya my baby!! 😍😂😂😆
How to stop my eyes from sticking shut while I sleep? I'm wearing the clusters. They're glued under the lid.
I have a humidifier set in high and turn it on in the morning, hours before my appointments and I can’t get the humidity over 38 😭 do you have any ideas?
Thanks for the tips love, just 1 question, what if I had put 1 bad application on a lash, how do I do it again properly? Will it not hurt the client?
No prob! And you can do the banana peel method to remove
Do you provide a lash soap for your clients? If not, what do you suggest your clients clean their lashes with? Please and thank you 🙏🙏
Hey! Yeah I sell lash cleanser and offer it to my clients. If you don’t have lash cleanser to offer your clients then suggest micellar water or an oil free cleanser
I have this one client that her lashes fall within three days and I get so upset because after doing them , they look so gorgeous and I just feel like it’s a waste of time. I’ve tried everything you’re saying here on the video and I’ve never had any other issues with others .. it’s just this one client but my salon owner insist I should still take care of her since she is a loyal client😒
That’s so annoying and I can relate, it’s the client. I see some ppl literally play with them and pop them off themselves smh I feel like it’s a waste of time and they don’t appreciate the work. My fiance tells me to just focus on the end goal which is to make 💰 and do something you enjoy
I had a hybrid set done and needed a fill a week later. I retained really well on one eye and lost over 30% of lashes on the other eye. Got a volume fill to get more lashes and three days later, I lost about 50% on that same eye again. I clean them everyday after the first 24-48 hours. I do have oily eyelids since I’ve gotten the extensions but again, the retention on my left eye is amazing. Any tips to prevent that? I can’t afford a volume fill for one eye 2 times a week lol.
Hey! Are you a side sleeper? Try ordering a lash extension sleeping mask off amazon to prevent the lashes getting smushed/shedding while sleeping. The oil from your skin will break down the glue so cleaning daily is a must but I would first try the sleeping mask and see if you notice a difference 💕
@@TanieyaJeff when I wake up in the morning, I’m always on the side that has good retention but it’s possible that I sleep on the other side while in a deep sleep! Do you have any mask recommendations? I’ve been checking on Amazon but a lot of the reviews say the masks smush their lashes even more! 😩
Yeah you could possibly turn on the other side throughout the night, and I usually recommend this mask to my clients if I notice that they lose more on one side

@@TanieyaJeff I’m going to purchase. You’re amazing, thank you beautiful!
Do you nanomist? I dont understand spraying water on lashes right after they are applied when we tell them not to get them wet for 24 hrs.
Hey! I am a client but I’m a side sleeper and I’ve been trying to hard not to but it’s hard. Where do I get those eye sleeping masks from?
Hey! And yeah it’s very hard not to sleep on your side if you’re so used to doing it and the masks are on amazon. Just type in lash extension sleeping mask
@@TanieyaJeff any recommendations on a specific brand? And thank you!
Hi, does air conditioning of 17 degrees and below affects lash retention?
Hey! It depends on what the guidelines of your glue says. Your glue’s website or on the back of the bottle will tell you what temperature & humidity you need to be in for the best results
Maybe this is a silly question, but I don’t know😅. I know it’s very important but I feel like 2 days is kinda much 😅. I don’t know how I’d wash my face or shower without steam/and or water getting to them it seems kind of tedious. How would one go about that? Maybe there’s a way and I just don’t know it so I don’t know lol .
Hey! No worries lol you can get lash extensions wet but most lash techs will advise to wait 24-48 hours before doing that when you just get the done. In that 24 hour wait, you can wash your face at the sink and apply soap around the eye area but not on the eye area and then rinse around the eye area. Hope that helps!
I also forgot to add, I tell my clients to shower the next morning so you won’t even have to worry about the wait
Hi ! What is primer, bonder , nano mist, and sealant is that all the same thing?
Hey! Primer strips the natural lashes of all oils & residue. Bonder is the same as a sealant, it cures the lash glue after you’re done lashing them. Nano misting is a small device that mists out water on the lashes and it helps remove the glue fumes and adds humidity
They are all different things besides bonder & sealant, those 2 are the samething
I use Ienvy lash glue. Whenever I do my 3part lashes at home it feels fine the 1st day but as it gets late my eyes begin to water then bam; my lashes fall off 🤦🏾♀️. The lash glue would seem tacky the first day but it'll turn super hard later that night or the following day ugh lol. Please help. Also, But questions:
1. Why should we use a mist?
2. Why is it necessary to use not only a lash glue but also a sealant?
3. Is a "Bond" another word for lash glue?
4. How do you prefer people to clean the lashes at home? Can you do a video on it?
5. Can you do a video on proper application for 3part lashes ?
Hey! What do you mean by 3 part lashes? Are you talking about volume lashes?
Using a mister helps the fumes go away and helps the glue dry. The sealant isn’t glue, it’s a liquid product that will help with glue staying in tact to prevent that tackiness you experienced and increases retention. For cleaning, use an oil free cleanser, there’s videos on youtube for cleaning them that should help 💕
@@TanieyaJeff Yes I was referring to the volume lashes. Also,
1. Will the sealant help with being able to clean my lashes while I have them on?
2. Is bond another word for lash glue?
3. Is it necessary to let the glue dry down while applying the lashes so that I don't experience the glue hardening (drying) completely later in the day that, unfortunately for me, results in my lashes falling off?
Can you share your glue brand and fan brand please?
Hey! Check out Livbay for supplies
Hey can you do a video on lash placement ?
Hey! So like isolating and placing the lash?
Yes , I sent you a email .
@@imarihill2524 Okay and I checked my business email and spam box but I don’t have an email from you

Hi, i got a hybrid lashes on Saturday and literally Saturday night extensions started coming off. I wss about to brush my teeth before bed and i was admiring my new set of lashes and there it was extensions coming off. Not even 7 days and 90% of the extensions are gone. I’m going bwck to her because it’s not placed right. 😭
Hey! How did your lash artist handle it? I hope you both find the root of the issue!
@@TanieyaJeff I’m not sure what the root of the problem is but tbh when she was washing my lashes pretreatment it was v v quick like 5 seconds on each eye was all it took. I don’t know if maybe she could have washed it longer, would that have made a difference. She also didn’t dry the long enough I think. I don’t know if getting a refund is better than going back to get it redone is better. I’m really disappointed because i have a wedding to attend to on Saturday. I dont have time to go back to her to get it redone.
I just got my first client after 2 years of lashing that texted me and said a lot of her lashes are falling off, after just 1 day!! 🤯
It’s the worst feeling when you get that text! Ask alot of aftercare questions and see of you notice other clients saying the samething so you can see if it’s on your end
@@TanieyaJeff I have a feeling she might just want a free refill. She was a completely new client and already during the treatment she wanted to book a refill, before she had seen the result and before she knew if the durability was good or not. I wrote to her that because they fell off so quickly, she can come any day next week for a free refill, but not in the morning because I have other clients then. She said she works the other times that were free so she wants refills in 2 weeks. She has also not sent any pictures and shown how much she has lost. What do you think I should do? 😣
What does the nano mister do ?
It helps with the fumes from the glue
Can you use a bonder & nano mister
?
I’ve been seeing ppl say different things about this but I dry and nano mist and then use my bonder and dry again
Had no idea you have to keep replacing glue so often. Wow so what if you're just starting off, barely got clients and barely used the glue?
Yeah you have to use a new drop of glue every 15 minutes, a glue bottle is good for 4-6 weeks after opened. It’ll say it on the bottle/company website. So you’ll have to replace the bottle once it goes over that 4-6 week timeframe
I gave up lashing because I would lash models and would take 4 hours! And after 4 hours all the lashes would fall off. So I just gave up , but I think it’s because I was using cheap glue.
Probably a good thing you gave up. If you had clients that were models and used cheap products on even them, what kind of chance did your regular clients have? 🤷🏾♀️
Worst feeling ever I felt embarrassed
Because she got in that shower anyway sis
😂😂😩😩
