Bagotte BG600 not starting

1 month old Bagotte doesn’t start anymore. Doesn’t beep when dropped on the base, but voltage is clearly there (led lights up when Bagotte power switch is off) + base voltage is normal. Tried disconnecting the battery for 1 min with power switch on to reset... didn’t work.
When pushing auto on the remote, beeps, briefly turns purple then light switches off for a few seconds, then comes back blue (reboot)

Buona sera mi può aiutare io ho un problema quando lo metto in ricarica mi. Si accende la luce clean di rosso e non si carica mi può aiutare lei grazie
