Hi, the video is great. I have this model, and the issue is that when it is in auto mode, the brush runs slowly, but when used in manual mode, it runs fast. Do you have any idea what might be causing it?
Hi, I got a BG800 model given by someone. It is able to charge via the dock but could only move out from the dock for a short distance only. After which the entire BG800 switched off by itself. It is due to the faulty motherboard?

I don't know, I won't say exactly what's wrong, but I can guess that maybe the battery is bad
Hi thanks for the vid. I’ve got two of these which have the same problem as the one in the video (I got a replacement under warranty for the first one) looks like some kind of planned obsolescence. Anyway could you tell me the reference for the replacement switch, or what it’s called/where to find it? Thanks a lot.
Thank you . I own the bg800 and haven't used it in about a year because it makes a loud noise when vacuuming. I found this video just to familiarize myself with teardown . But please, remove the music . Seriously its just annoying
