Mine gets stuck at 84% and then always says pairing failure. Tried all the specific steps in this video and also the troubleshooting in the app. Any help?

Shit literally doesn’t work
That's because they added EZmode as the default which doesn't work well. You need to click AP mode and then connect to the SmartLife Wi-Fi network. Also, hold the bumper on front of device and the power button down for 6 seconds until a double beep. Then it should work.
