Yeah, maybe taking away the car and selling it to cover hospital bills of those who suffer a traffic accident would make more sense in the first place for a driver to not drink in drive.

I agree but then they go in front of very unpredictable DAs, judges and juries who you cannot trust to do the right thing.
They spend a certain amount of time with these people to get evidence on their body cams for the PA and/or to make sure it’s not a medical emergency so no one can get sued.

I just want to say a few words about the last girl in the video, Priscilla. If she was in a European country and behaved like this with the police, if he cursed them and had this attitude, she was cursing his days. I'm from Romania and I'm telling you with my hand on my heart that if you address the police like that, you'll be left with no teeth in your mouth. And I think this happens in any other country in Europe. So who does she think she is? Sometimes I don't understand the American police who hesitate to arrest some people who are doing well from a material point of view.
