They did it intending to have families take care of the mental ill. I have worked in the mental health field for decades; families do not know how to deal with those with mental health issues and don't want to because it can be overwhelming. We need to stop send billions of $$ to other countries and start to take care of those here. They need to start with our lack of mental health help for those who need it.

The woman that got in the car accident that went to the hospital. I am just amazed at these cops bargaining with her again and again. She knows what she’s doing. She knows if she screams she’s gonna get her way. I am so disgusted with how she is being treated. They should’ve just handcuffed her through sheet over her and took her to the police station. I’ve never seen cops bogging so much with anyone like I do with her. They should be ashamed of themselves. I think they’re afraid of her.
No, they're just unable to do their jobs because of the current culture. They are being forced to be overly cautious with how they approach subjects, because public opinion has turned so far against all police officers because of the actions of corrupt/abusive officers. So, police now can't do their jobs properly without people taking 30 seconds of footage from an hour long interaction between the cops and perps and then using the out-of-context clip to fuel public outrage against police officers. When they use necessary force, they are accused of police brutality, and if they don't use enough force, they are called ineffective and weak. It's an impossible situation for our law enforcement officers to try to do their jobs in.
