CPS must get involved and get the grandmother full custody.
CPS in America is in desperate need of restructuring. Too many cases are not being followed up on or they're ignored entirely. They are also WAY too focused on reuniting kids with their birth mother. Even if they are in the care of a loving and nurturing foster home that can give that child the best chance at life. Too many times children have been taken away from good foster parents only to reunite them with their birth mother who is still struggling with addiction and is not in any condition to be raising children. It's really sad and more than obvious they don't have the child's best interest at heart.
The woman on the bridge should have been charged with endangering the life of a dependent child. That would have started the process of at least a temporary change of custody.

I agree! That boy could have been hurt or killed. That bridge is the Bridge of Lions in St. Augustine, FL and it is the most trafficked bridge in that area. That boy could have been run over or fell off the bridge or snatched by an unsavory driver. Mom should never have custody of him again.

She probably didnt case of parental alienation with her son father or her behavior caused him to run far far away and now that it is catching up to her maybe he can now have a relationship with his son

Mental health needs awareness and places for people who need them. They have all closed up everyone I knew of in my area 4 counties? Used to be 4 in the 90s 2 state hospitals and 2 inpatient hospitals offered behavioral he health. I was a volunteer emt.
@@LevMyshkin1970🤯 Yes in my country New Zealand. Most of the mental health hospitals were closed 🔐 down in the 1990s, to try and save money 💵. The most frightening thing is, today these crazy people are out there walking 🚶 the streets !!.

They will never see a jury. The judge will let them go with no penalties. That’s what wrong with the world no one is held accountable. All the repeat offenders is because they were never kept in jail more than a few hours.
