I’ve actually had to pause the blog to tell you the lion king is absolutely phenomenal!!! I’ve seen it 4 times and cried my eyes out every time with sheer amazement! You have definitely not missed the boat with the girls ages!!!!
I had my day yesterday....after the event anxiety/panic in the hairdressers (very kind, caring hairdresser)..the depression hit...trying to keep that ball of emotion in caused not being able to draw air in...TIP! Let the emotion flow it's a release mechanism.

Why do people get so angry about what you do? It’s nothing to do with them? Yes, you choose to share some of your life with us for our entertainment but that doesn’t mean people can get angry about your choices. Honestly guys, chill out. There’s more things to get angry about.

How does the home educating work with Maddie who is obviously 17 now and ordinarily wouldn't be at school now but perhaps college etc? Is there a plan for when she will stop being home educated as she will be an adult in December?

I wonder if you really know the Head Space your vlogs give some of us .... to be able to join your family on some of your daily adventures of life . I am going through a hard family situation that has made me cry some days... stop eating for four days... bury my head in my bed...made me question how do I handle this better all that stuff and more but I look out for your vlogs and tune in which then helps me tune out of the worry for half an hour or so and just breathe . So I just wanted to say Thankyou....xx ❤️

Lion king is my favourite musical by far! It is so worth the money, I cried as soon as the music started it gave me chills. It's a great experience no matter your age. Do it!!!
Thanks for sharing your anxiety and depression issues as they come up Mark. I've been struggling with low mood for the last month and had an awful panic attack this weekend. It's nice to be reminded that you're going through this too, but also that it's not all the time and after doing little things like your workout you can feel better.

@McDonalds Farmer I'm ok at the mo bab...When I get bad I listen to music as it helps me a lot...I don't take meds as I don't want to put toxins in my body & one of the side affects are suicidal thoughts...Also I overdosed on pills & booze so I tend to stay away from both now just in case...I usually see a counsellor to talk about how I feel but that's all stopped now...If I still feel like this I'll go & see my GP, he's brilliant & always helps me when I need it...Sending you much love & big brummie hugs bab 😉🤘🖤🕊🇬🇧xx

I have to admit I’m struggling a bit at the moment. My beloved Daddy died 4 weeks ago and I’ve been in a permanent daze ever since. I’m trying so hard to be strong for my Mum and do all the practical stuff but it’s so hard. My two brothers have been great but, just like Nadia, my parents live next door to me to I have been used to seeing them both every day so I’m feeling a physical loss as well as an emotional one. I’m clinging on to the fact that everyone says things ease with time. Dad was ill all over Christmas and New Year so I have not been online and I’ve missed so much of your posts but I have started to dip in and out of them and I have to say you’re the first thing that has actually grabbed my attention. I can’t get interested In tv or reading just yet.....my concentration levels are just awful. Mark, the comment you made about the breathing difficulty really struck a chord with me. I’m going to put my coat on and go out for a walk now and do something to get off my backside and out of the house. Thank you for sharing.

Mark as someone who has bipolar disorder I get really low but always remember things will get better..With me I have the tendency to stay away from people when I get depressed but that is the worst thing to do you surrounded by family and going out to do fun stuff is the best medicine.You are in my prayers.

I was 16 and this guy who was a friend of the family and went to church got me drunk and had sex with me . I confronted him as an adult . He said I was gagging for it . I felt closure by confronting him but . He never thought he had done anything wrong in the first place . He shrugged his shoulders
That's awful Jackie. Good on you for confronting him, that can't have been easy, but I'm glad you felt a bit of closure from it. So baffling how he couldn't see that what he did was wrong. Xx

I'm only 2mins into this vlog but had to say something now ,before I continue, when I heard Nadia saying you had a really bad day today and you said you had a cry.
It does take a tremendous effort to force yourself to exercise when you get a particular bad day . I take my 'Swim hat' (cap) off to you . That's me swimming , without the cap, in my profile pic. Exercise does help. And it seems to have helped you today . So well done for pushing yourself to force yourself to exercise today. A good cry nothing wrong with that .Better out than in..... Another good thing for anyone having a bad day , is to spoil yourself with things you know you like . I know you like your baths , so have a bath . Have something to eat that you really enjoy not worrying about the calories. Medicinal purposes. So exercise if you possibly can . Try get out if you possibly can . Or if things just too overwhelming, don't beat yourself up . Exercise indoors , have a relaxing uplifting bath (lavender oil great within ), have something to eat you really fancy . Play uplifting music. The Extra bad days do pass....

Oh mark! Lots of love. I’ve had gut ripping anxiety every single morning for 2 weeks. Listening to meditation and walking has helped so that I can keep doing an art each day like a normal person who adults and does the stuff and the things.
