My 15 years old granddaughter has been sent home from school today as she's really bad and she's now in the hospital to find out what's wrong as she's getting really bad pains in her back and legs and has flu like symptoms just waiting for an update from my daughter

Thank you she's back from the hospital and theve said it's muscle related but because she also has flu like symptoms as well she has to stop off school and they have to self isolate for two weeks so that means my daughter can't go back into work just yet

Thank you I don't know but I have to keep away from them as I have auto immune hymoglobn and my. Spleen was taking out a few years back I'm on amoxicillin for life and can't get rid of things so easily as, I used to be able to at the moment I have a cold well at least that's what I think it is but with it I'm shivering as freezing cold all the time here's hoping it'll be gone by the weekend and I can get and see my elderly mother who is by herself my sisters keep ringing her to see if she is alright and got plenty of food I've been on the phone to her for most of the day to see if she's OK and if she needs anything to get my sisters to get it for her as I don't want to go neaher at the moment

Hi guys :) I'm in health care and we are trained to use a barrier to turn faucets on and off, such as a clean washcloth, paper towel, etc. Also, use a barrier when you touch doorknobs. Wipe your phones off with rubbing alcohol. Be safe and well :)

I get what you're saying. I've booked a grocery delivery for 14 days time, earliest I could get, and now I'm worried that I'll be bringing the bug in that way. I waiver between thinking don't be ridiculous and thinking how many people will have handled all the items. We can only do what we can do.

It’s so absolutely amazing how quickly things have changed. Greta Thunberg in her wildest dreams couldn’t have dreamed of everything just stopping so immediately. The streets are so quiet. I’m starting to adjust to a much less frenetic and manic pace.
Mark watch the BBC 4 programme called “Contagion” really interesting programme. It was filmed before this out break too. Fascinating watch and it explains why we need to wash our hands. ☺️

A week ago I had to go up to the hospital on the advice of out of hours because I had a infection in my eye that needed drops . Let's just say I came back with the craps even with all the gels and washing my hands I still caught a bug from the hospital so I had a bad eye and a bug not a good combination I can tell u that lol . And no I dint buy more toilet rolls pmsl .

Nudge the tap back off between washing and rinsing. You are less likely to burn your hands on the water and I also come from the most expensive water rates part of England. It's disturbing to watch that amount of water go to waste. I don't know how you are supposed do the type of ordinary taps on and off like we have but I do know that you are meant to scrub your knuckles as well as in between your fingers from both sides. When you rinse your hands the water is supposed to go from fingertip to wrist in direction. Think how you see doctors prepping in t.v. shows. Hope that helps someone out there xx

People are still panicking buying we’re I live Still I can’t drive so I rely on online shopping I can’t get a slot for over a month which I understand people don’t want to go out but it puts more pressure on our grocery store workers To I dunno what I’ll do if I go to ASDA I don’t drive I still can’t get a delivery slot it’s all booked up so I’m going to ask family I’m going to try do it sensibly just buy the stuff I really need get in get out quickly make sure I keep my distance from people looks like it’s the olny way I’ll get food in the house for next month

I'm an American, living in upstate NY. President Trump has mandated to all state governors to make responsible decisions to help deal with their state's immediate needs. My governor has closed all schools until further notice. All churches too. All non-essential businesses are closed. Dr.'s offices are open but only on an immediate urgency. Pharmacies are open, but areas within the pharmacy are cordoned off to prevent customers from touching the merchandise. Employees will get what you need from the aisles. Grocery stores are open but business hours are shortened. Shelf signs that read, "hard limit, one item per customer." There are signs posted along streets saying, "15-minute parking only." Streets are deserted. Highways are basically deserted. It's all very surreal. President Trump knows this isn't like "other flu" and he's pushing as hard as he can to get stimulus money passed through the government channels. He's ordered that corporations waive fees, lower or omit interest rates, anything that will help lighten the financial burden on us. Here in the US social distancing, self-quarantine, etc, has been going on for close to three weeks. We will all get through this as a species, and come out on the other side more aware of how truly lucky we all are.
