  • The folks at Fox News continue to play the victim after their Christmas tree was torched by an arsonist in New York, while in Washington the U.S. Senate showed how out of step they are with the challenges America faces by holding a pointless vote to overturn President Biden's vaccine mandate for businesses. #Colbert #Comedy #Monologue

Right? Morons aren't marginalized in America, they're celebrated! America has always had a strong anti-intellectualist current - smart people are at best seen as socially awkward geeks, at worst you've still got a lot of that "She knows things, she's a witch!" thing going on...

If you want to take the "vaccine," and ad nauseum boosters, that's your choice. Go for it. But it should be obvious to everyone by now that these "vaccines" are not the way out of the pandemic. @@tsogobauggi8721 I've always thought a semi-presidential republic is somewhat poorly conceived. It is like a monarchy, with a separate head of state and government, but unlike a monarch, the President is political and cant serve as a apolitical unifying force. It's also rife for abuse, like Putin's Russia.
