I just ordered the Cali Weights, which are similar but lighter/smaller. Waiting for them to come by mail. I picked those because they looked sleeker to wear as bracelets, but I'm already worried that they are going to be too light to do much.
Have you heard anything about those, though? I was looking for a comparison video, but can't find any videos on the cali weights that are not straight up advertisemdnts.

Hi @rehnigstan Thank you for your question. I have not used or heard of the Cali Weights so take everything I say with a grain of salt haha😂! I did check out their website after you mentioned it. From what I found each bracelet is ¼ lbs and it also looks like they recommend stacking at least 2 bands per wrist for a total of ½ lb per wrist . I think that's why each "set" comes with 4 bracelets.
In terms of comparing... What I have found is that some of my clients feel like the 2lb bala weights can get heavy when doing arms. They like the 2lbs for the legs though. I recently got a set of 1lb bala weights and prefer those for wearing on my wrists if I am doing a long arm sequence as well.
Keeping that in mind it seems like you would need 4 Cali weights on one arm to be the same as a 1lb Bala band making just as think if not thicker than the Balas. That would be 2 sets.
So totally do-able! but it might not be that sleek look you were possibly looking for. How would you be using them, to exercise or everyday wear?

Hi Laura, thats a really nice video. Just wanted your guidance on where to buy 2lbs each (need for legs) as I'm not able to find pack of 2 lbs each anywhere. Its either pack of two 1lbs each or a pack of one 1lbs + one 2lbs. I'm from India. Thanks!

Hi @shaifali ! I went to their website and you are right! It doesn't look like they have a 2lb option. This happened when I initially went to buy them in April 2020 and they were out of stock :-( I would recommend joining their waitlist or searching to see what other websites hold them in stock like Amazon amzn.to/3DAbSQb or Free People, Athleta etc. They'll have limited choices for what colors are available

@Stephy These are 2lbs in slate! Which color are you looking into getting? I also have a set of 1lb in lavender which are nice as well
