Cat looking like Frankie Beverly “BEFORE I LET GO”🤣
LMBO 🤣!! Damn that's funny
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Joy and Pain
Lol
@Ty Verlaine yup
"I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVERRRR!..." 🤣
Steve Francis and Cuttino Mobley were such a fun backcourt to watch
No doubt.
Some of the best days watching Houston
Thats the NBA I miss
I love D.Miles 1st question. It’s like no matter the guest, they have to humble themselves and take it back to when they weren’t “that guy” yet. Opens the interview beautiful every rip. Love the random players who get named too
Right I watch these videos just for the first question
Nah fr💯
Bruh when they named Tyson Wheeler I lost my shit because I was watching them in college because he reminded me of Damon Stoudemire who was my favorite player at that time.... I didn't even know Lamar Odom was on that Rhodes Island team I was watching until later down the line
Facts
You right, until one of my favs players was recently asked -TMAC. He would eventually say Allen Houston but he “figured him out” lol.
"Put your purpose before your ego, especially when it involves your child" Is a Gem!
Was a bucket then, still a bucket NOW! One of my favorite players growing up. One of the left hand killas. He and Michael Redd! Cold!
Dont forget about Chris Mullin! Bad lefty
@@Yunginbfresh can't forget Mullin!
We need Michael Redd
Wow Terrell Brandon, that's a blast from the past.💯💯
I remember when Allen Iverson use to kill Terrell Brandon in Cleveland. 🙆🏿♂️😂😂
So many nice guards in the 90s. KJ, Chris Jackson, Tim hardaway, van exel, price, curry, porter, Strickland, Kenny Anderson. These guys would’ve benefited so much playing in todays guard driven era.
I love these podcasts because you get to hear about guys that you haven't thought about in forever. Mobley was nasty
ILL.
i feel that for me but it’s for people past my generation, i’m 22 so my era is like miami lebron and on. so hearing about solid players from the past is so dope
Well put
@@youngkuya1009 thats whats up...the under the radar guys are the ones who give the best perspective and analysis...
Y’all do the best job out of the basketball podcasts to take players from the beginning of their basketball journey to the end. I really appreciate y’all asking the questions about their high school careers, recruitment process, all-star camp appearances. That’s really how you realize the universe that the player played in. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say they were at camps with such and such player, or they played high school or AAU with such and such player, and I go “damn, I didn’t realize they were in the same recruiting class as him!” Keep it up! And D. Miles, you’ve gotten so much better. You’re a pro at this now!
Yes indeed I'm a new follower of NBA this podcast taught me how organised Basketball is from High School to NBA...
I hope we had that in soccer here in South Africa
Growing up in Houston in the early 2000s it was fun as hell watching them, even when Yao came in 02 🤣💯
It really was
@@deborahterrell4679 Good times for sure💯💯💯
🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
Faaaacccttt yoooo hearing D Miles say he wanted to come to Houston just hurt lmao
Straight up! Wish we got them now bc it would be major blowouts!
DUDE'S RECALL MEMORY IS IMPECCABLE!!
Lmfao when Q started talking about MJ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That nigga was ready to box lol. I agree with him, but damn, the man can have an opinion without fisticuffs 😆
I he didnt speak up.....no more Jordan Brand
"Cat" Mobley damn near 50, STILL A BUCKET, still giving guys fits in the BIG3! I remember those Rockets days with Steve Francis, #UnderratedBackcourt!
Loved that backcourt, then moochie coming in.

Great job 👏 👍
ty for this!!
Thank You! 🙏🏿
Real life Uncle Drew. Very insightful interview. Very articulate and entertaining, good storyteller. Learned a lot. I remember watching him in Staples play for the Clippers vs Melo's Nuggets in the playoffs. Clippers was legit during his time there.
Y’all do my favorite basketball interviews ever. Heads up, Cuttino’s mic, the bass is boomy because he’s smacking the table- put a high pass filter on it and roll the lows off off up to like 150-200hz and that’ll fix all of that in the future. Appreciate y’all.
KOBE THE BEST 2 GUARD!!!! agreed with Cuttino- its a houston thang!
Cuttino is a great story teller great vid
Why Q have fighting energy when Cutino basically implied Kobe was better or on par with Jordan
😂
CAT, Franchise, Moochie. Them Was The Boy's. Them three will take you one on one all day every day. Isolation!!!🏀
Q took that Jordan conversation personal his body language changed then he had to remember he was on camera 😂😂😂
Philly guys vs Chicago guys.
he had to check cat on that one
Q took this debate personal. He ain’t want none of that 1A 1B stuff 😂😂😂
Q didnt want MJ to take it personal. No more Brand Jordan for you Q.
Man it's always a good day when we get a new Knuckleheads!
Glad he gave Scottie some flowers...that is vet benefits...what many NBA teams lack
I’m so proud of y’all man. These episodes are incredible and they keep getting better.
Philly finest baby. "Cat" great interview fellas...❣️
Knuckleheads > All the Smoke
WE WANT MONTA!!! Ima comment this until we get him💯💯 #MISSISSIPPIMADE
It's good to hear these guys stories when u actually watched them play growing up.. and they do need to get Steve Francis on here
They already did. It was during the covid pandemic period
@@haydotzero3372 thanks im so late lol
"To me, best 2 guard ever"
Q... "Who?" 🤣🤣🤣
ONE of the coolest first names I ever heard
Man he used to hand out BUCKETS!!!!! I'm loving this season of Knuckleheads
one of the coolest names i ever heard
As a Fellow Philly guy, Cat has ALOT of respect here in Philly. Real stand up THURL dude 🤝🏾💪🏾💯
Great insight on Yao..especially him being fluent in English stories lmao
Cuttino and Steve Francis was the best back court to me
Big Cat knuckleheads stay coming with these episodes I know this is bout to be a fire episode right now
Cat would hit you with that 123 jab step and work yo azz! Lol… also that backdoor baseline alley from Steve to Cat was killa! They always put on a show… especially in prime time games… they definitely changed the era for us in Houston coming from the Hakeem Rockets
Philly in the building!!!
One of my favorites!
Cat Mobley too smooth with the rock!!🔥
Philly !!!! Cat is the man
Use to go to his house for cook outs in Mt Airy back in the day !! My guy
Cat had dat grown man game. Always been well groomed you know a playa when you see one. Aye that table hard!!
IDK why I just thought of this guy for some reason because I remember as young kid those Clippers teams and remember him being a solid scoring threat. I just love guys who weren’t elite scorers like superstar but could still ball and help a team win. They are fun and can play like the best when they are on. Mobley just reminds me of those guys.
This was an awesome interview. Can you guys try and get Spree!??? That would be 🔥
Super underrated player. Loved him on the Kings
Cat looking like that cool uncle at the cookout who bags the ladies and still get buckets in basketball.
And is nice on the grill
I’m 16 minutes in and can’t hit pause! This fire 🔥
I think the Late Eddie Griffin was on that team, another talented Player R.I.P.
He could of played great in today's game
🗣WE LIVE ON LOCATION!!!!!!!
My favorite Houston Rocket growing up as a kid.. I really do appreciate y’all boys ✊🏽✊🏽🐐
I'm glad Tino was on this show. I remember that RI squad. That team was tough!
Man be balling in the big 3 🤧
Cuttino is one of my favorite players. Cuz is a legit 6'5. Lefty with a dangerous jumper, and will dunk on you. I met him in person and cuz is a good dude.
1:10:16 Super Dad. I met Cat being a father and a jumping place. Went up to him and spoke to him. Like said even in my previous post, he said hi to my Son. Called him Papa. Blessing Cat. I love being a Father myself.
Q really went at Cat over his opinion. Come on Q.
Use to fw Cat heavy. Especially in the video game. The NBA live days 🥶
Salute to "Cat" Mobley a walking bucket for sure in the league & still at giving buckets to people. He gave props to T.B Terrell Brandon & Nick "the quick" Van Excel. Glad to know Scottie Pippen took "Cat" under his Wing and taught him some of the ropes. another great episode salute from Chicago #Dantana773
Under rated Bucket getter.. him and Tyson Wheeler at Rhode Island. Sheesh. Better question is what can Kobe do that Mike can't. As great a Kobe is. There is a separation between them, just the pure genetic differences have advantage Mike. Hand size, strength, quick twitch muscles, vertical athlete. People rarely talk about MJ 1st step, he was called the black Cat..
One of the first thing Phil Jackson mentions when it comes to Kobe and MJ is the hands. How that was such an advantage for MJ and helped give him an edge.
@@missayawk I really noticed this in the 08 finals..I used to think it was close, but after the 08 finals I understood the difference. Kobe might be a better tough shot maker, but MJ rarely took tough shots, he was almost always able to get the shot he wanted.
@@aaronhutchinson885 Mike knew how to use his natural advantages to HIS advantage.Like Kenny Smith said MJ is the only guy he knew that turned all his weaknesses into strengths
This dude was a MONSTER!! Handles, J, and straps. If Harden would study under Cat...SHEESH!!
This podcast is great keep'em coming guys
First video I watched every second of in a long time. Cat is that dude and deserves his FLOWERS!!!
One of my childhood favorite ballers 🏀 back in the late 90s- early 2000s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Man should’ve been an all-star.
Q rich and Darius miles and Cory maggete are my guys I rooted for them heavy even tho I was a knick fan
Great show guys! Cuttino a class act 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Cat looking like Frankie Beverly 🤣
This was nice!! Good energy through and through.
I love and respect both of their growth doing interviews
Yessir love listening to these on my breaks keep the heat comin!
Finally they got my guy on the pod
Yall videos literally hit so different that I forget to leave a comment and like!! I just be so wrapped up in the convo.
Cat and franchise was trouble very underrated
I SEEN CAT MOBLEY A FEW MONTHS AGO. HE'S A REAL COOL PERSON. HE SPOKE 2 ME FOR A BIT ABOUT BASKETBALL AND EVEN TOLD MY YOUNGER SON HI. BLESSINGS CAT, ENJOYED WATCHING YOU PLAY AS A KID GROWING UP.
man y'all are getting these out quick...please keep doing so
I met Cat at URI. He was always shooting at the gym by himself. Great dude!
Never knew this brother was so intelligent. Very impressive
Mobley is down to earth, living the truth, gifting the knowledge. Respect
I dont think people know how good players are that just missed the nba or only ride the bench in the league or play over seas. They still are freaKs bro!
I started posting up after i saw him doing it. It opened my game up. Plus i am a lefty. I used to bite something off all the dudes that had something that couldn't be stopped. I miss it, but i am thankful to have been able to get down!
Y’all boys crushing it! Let’s try and get OJ Mayo on this joint.
Omfg the Kobe and Mike talk pissed Q off 🤣🤣🤣
Philadelphia Legend get it right...Appreciate you shouting out the homie Chris Williams aka Uncle Smooth and the Love Kobe gave him and vice versa...Everybody slept on Philly Ballers especially in the 90's we had the most pro's look it up. You guys do a great job appreciate your POD Cast
Never seen Cuttino play ball before I just know him from NBA Live on PS2 back in the day. He was on the Rockets and the Magic I remember
Still my fave sports podcast. Much love snd respect.
To the person reading this:Even though I don’t know you, I wish you the best of what life has to offer 🔑✨💖
Thanks needed that
Blessings to everyone
To whoever you are, Thank you 🙏🏼
Ditto
Cat still got Game 🎮
I love the start, bench trade question. I know other pods don't wanna jack one of their staple questions but I wish they would do it to. I love hearing professionals answers
Living in Rhode Island it was great to watch Cat and Tyson hoop. Actually myself and Tyson became real cool with each other even up till today. He’s one of my favorite PG’s ever to watch
Cat was that guy. Proud of you standing on your square and I'll check out your podcast. Salute
He a dawg for sure love his game
As a Rockets fan hearing D Miles say he wanted to play in Houston just hurt my heart 😢
The Cat one of my favorite players that played in the league. I used to model my game after his. One of the most underrated guards to play.
i met CAT w/ Mousey from Harlem. And he introduced me to issey miyake cologne back in the late 90's. I still wear it to this day in 2022
Best podcast period.
Yeah that was dope. As a regular watcher i gotta give this one some extra love this was dope cat a real one
Shout to Cuttino! Great Interview! Yaw gone bring on Moochie Norris?
Great interview 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Respect to Cat!
I got hip to his game on the URI tourney run.
One of the ILLEST two guards in the league in his era.
#Salute
Brings back memories from his time with the Rockets. Great interview.
Great interview 🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
