What is your favorite card game to play?
Solitaire seems more like a puzzle than a card game, you can't "play" cards by choice, you have to find the right card that fits
Yes and no. You can play cards, but only the ones currently available to you. You can choose where to put the card, or if you want to play it.
I could see the puzzle part with by playing a current card from the stack in your hand, you have now changed up the order of the cards for the next time you go through the stack. So then it could be a puzzle to figure out how to play certain active card to then free up the card underneath (like if that underneath card is an ace).
