so sweaty after this! Had to modify a few - like couldn't do start jumps or jump squats at the end because my legs were shaking! So i did butt kickers and pulse squats instead. Still. coming back! thanks!

Whenever I see 20 minutes workout I think low impact, but when I see done by Anna (fun loving workout). I love the content, when she says feel the burn on legs, literally that portion too effective for legs, nice moves and good effective 💪 20 minutes. Also the part of dumbells with squats nice one
