    I am getting better and better day by day.
    When I first started, your workouts a few months back, it was hard to keep up and I would always pause the videos and catch my breath … now I can keep up with you and it feels great….!

    so sweaty after this! Had to modify a few - like couldn't do start jumps or jump squats at the end because my legs were shaking! So i did butt kickers and pulse squats instead. Still. coming back! thanks!

    Please can you do more workouts like this? A mix of weighted moves and body weight moves mixed into a HIIT.
    It’s great for people who want to incorporate weights into their workout without wanting to do a dedicated weight lifting session.

    Whenever I see 20 minutes workout I think low impact, but when I see done by Anna (fun loving workout). I love the content, when she says feel the burn on legs, literally that portion too effective for legs, nice moves and good effective 💪 20 minutes. Also the part of dumbells with squats nice one
