Hello Mr Louka, how often could I do the complex moved target if my main training is Simple & Sinister?

Can I combine this with the swing and pushup protocol?
How many rounds and the max rep count is 8? Correct? I noticed increments are 2,3 and 5 for a rep count of 8 would it be 2,3,5,7 and 8?
