Any suggestion on crafting the light day if you only have 1 pair of 8RM kettlebells and no other matching pairs ? Thinking maybe just to go 1 round through instead of 2.
Quick question, if I’m going to use this program with a group of guys, doing partner / you go: I go, when is that rest period? After each 1,2,1, or is it after someone does the entire 2,3,5 set?

Is it for reps or sets? Like 1 press, 2 squats, 3 cleans. Is it one set? How many of sets per training?!
