    Very creative approach. You should write a book.

    Was looking for a program when I stumbled upon this video, it doesn't look complex and it aims towards my targets so definitely going to give this a try tomorrow.

    Could you make a video about the armour building complex and how to program it 😊

    I like this but it’s definitely not a 5 week programme. You say it in the video, “each bench mark lasting 2 weeks.”
    There are 5 bench marks. This is a 10 week programme. Still good though!

    Love the video's and the inspiration.
    I have a question about the exercise selection and quantity. I realize the program is meant to be minimalistic, but I feel like I enjoy training to much to limit myself to 3 exercises only)
    As I understand it, the ladders are performed in a circuit like manner, where a set of each exercise is performed, which is then repeated after appropriate rest until the ladder is complete.
    - Using the same principles as explained in the video would it be possible to change the quantity of exercises in the ladder (For Example: Squat - pull (upper back) - push + lower back - core/abs)?
    - Could you do multiple blocks of ladders in one training session (for example: "A - 2x ladders: Squat, Upper back, Chest" & "B - 3x ladders: Lower back, shoulders, Triceps)
    Sorry for the long question!
    Kind Regards!

    Good video, will give it a try. but i have a question, there are 15 ladders progressions there, if we do heavy and medium with each one it is 30 sessions, so how can we complete it in just 5 weeks?

    • @HardstyleKettlebellPro
      @HardstyleKettlebellPro  Před 10 měsíci +2

      You'll hit each progression 3x every 2 weeks, alternating heavy and medium, hence 5 weeks

      @@HardstyleKettlebellPro sorry I'm confused about the duration of the program. What I understand is this: Mon 3x(2,3,5)/ Wed 2x(2,3,5) Fri 3x(2,4,5) / Mon 2x(2,4,5) / Wed 3x(2,4,6)/ Fri 2x(2,4,6) , we get the to the first benchmark in 2 weeks so in order to get the 5 benchmarks it will take 10 weeks to complete. Am I wrong?

      Correction: 10 weeks@@luoli9689

    Once you’re done with the ladders, should you do something extra after? Perhaps a complex of some kind? Or is it better to stop once the ladders are done?

      It really depends on your goal. You definitely can , it has to be programmed properly. Why not do a ladder inside the Complex: Clean x 1, Press x 1, Squat x 1, then 2, then 3. Experiment and enjoy 💪🏻

    Great workout!! Do I understand it correctly: I start from 2 double KB swing, 2 double KB clean, 2 double KB squat unbroken and go up?

  • @jasonwelsh417
    @jasonwelsh417 Před 5 měsíci +1

    If I was using say the double KB press, pullup, and double KB front squat, but after this ladder workout I wanted to add in either double cleans or single snatches for extra posterior chain work, do you think that is ok?

    Coach I'm looking for a training routine that's not too hard, not too easy, just keeps me in a certain fitness level all the time....think of it like running 5 km...sweet spot...a routine for life...just like running 5 km..... any advice ?

    So for instance when doin 2 3 4 you would do 2 reps of say squats 2 push 2 pull exercises then the same for 3 then 5?

    Hey coach, any problem with doing the sets hardest to easiest (reversed) e.g. 5,3,2 instead of 2,3,5 up to 10,8,6 instead of 6,8,10?
