  • How to video on replacing front fender liner on a 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan. Not a hard job to do, make sure not to strip the push pins when you are unscrewing them. They will be a pain to get out if that happens. Make sure you take all safety measures when doing this project. Disclaimer, I am not a mechanic, expert, or work for Hyundai. Great safety brief. Those liners are important, not just the aesthetics for appears. They protect the air ride suspension components, connectors. I went to a body shop. Their labor rate is much cheaper. Part was $170. Install was .4 hours, $25. I could of done it myself for the same part cost, but for $25? Less than an oil change!

    You skipped the only part I was needing. Mine is missing two of the five different types of nuts or bolts that it takes and I'm trying to figure out what goes where.

    Did the new liner come with push pins or the necessary hardware?

      @CaneSwag83-01  Před 11 měsíci

      No, just the liner. You can get the push pins from Amazon or your local auto parts store.

      And reuse the ones you have on your current liner.

    A screwdriver and some patience. I like it!. (Plus $200 in OEM parts)

    The OEM fender liner has a 'door' cut into the liner that can be opened with a phillips screw for access to the fog lamp bulb. I guess the after market liners did not include this feature.

      Interesting. Mine were OEM 2015 model and did not have the cut-out. Maybe a later year? Thx for the info and view.

      I got holes on both ,as far as I know , when turn the wheel to the maximum, and brake ,somehow the wheels touches the liner , unfortunately I have no access to these parts so I had to close the holes with fiberglass
