For the sake of your car, make a template out of cardboard first, and cut it as one piece. 9 times out of 10 you can flip the template and it will fit the other side like a glove.
Good option but first, the holes need to be treated to prevent rust by painting them and using antisieze lubricant with screws. Second, don't use phillips screws, use hex heads instead. When the screws get rusty, removing them may become a big problem.
Quick tip you can get a straight edge and razerblade a line bend it and it'll snap, a lot easier and less time consuming then cutting. Worked in a place with all sorts of plastic sheets and did that all day

Nicholas Clark oem fender liner won’t work because the new front bumper is wider. We were able to use this plastic on 2 cars for $40 and we still have some to spare for other projects.
Just priced Landcruiser 200/series liner $260 right side and $190 left hand side. Not cheap. I will do this but screw into existing screw holes available. Thanks for clip man

As soon as I saw you drill holes in your frame I quit watching to type this. That was a stupid thing to do. I am not trying to insult you but that will make it rust and give it weak spots. How many kids are going to drill holes in the frame of their rice burners now.
Did you really just self tap those into the body of your car, no painting or anything... the rust you just blew out is going to be no comparison to what's going to happen to that car body in a few years... stupid.

Don't do this if you haven't yet. Get felt thermoformable polyester sheets.

March I’m not sure what the thickness was but it was probably near 1/4”
March it doesn’t look like it’s quarter inch. Maybe 1/16 or 1/8 but definitely not a quarter inch
