Wow.... this comment was a year ago. Where are you now with your weight loss? And did you initially include "diet" in your routine a year ago?
@@BAW5tawn No matter how much you workout you won't see results unless you have a decent diet. You'll get stronger if your diet is poor, but your abs/muscles will be hidden underneath the fat.
This works!!! Thank you🙏 I’m down 20lbs in 3 weeks (I pair this workout with the OMAD Diet) I feel so much better. It was hard at first (I needed breaks) but everyday it got a little easier. I gotta keep pushing. I’m gonna be looking for that Elite video soon, so GET TO WORK!!!! 🏃♂️ Seriously...I appreciate this and I wish you love, health, wealth & peace

Same here. i stumbled across his interview on "Body of Work". Thought I'd give it a try. Been seriously into working out lately. And it's starting to show some results but I like his approach. And finding out what works for you is trial and error. So giving this a try for a few weeks and see how it works for me.

I started the program today, Monday, April 26th 2021. Currently, I'm around 190-200, about 30lbs. overweight. I make music (i'm a rapper) and we all know 'image is everything.' Somehow I feel that this is going to be the beginning of a NEW chapter in my life. Thanks Robert! HALLELUJAH!!!

Thanks i will start this today. I was just asking God to help me lose weight and one of your videos popped up. Going through a challenging time now but it is helping me to become a better person. Same here. I'm starting with my daughter. My brother passed away this summer from colon cancer. I don't want to die leaving my children behind. I am 36 and I am in the worst shape of my life. I want to live to see 40+. I prayed too. We can do this! I am ashamed at times because I can't afford a lot of stuff but that isn't stopping what I put in my body.

Great workout. I get up at 4am to be at the Hospital at 6am. I lost both of my parents to heart attack and I have to make changes to exercise daily and have healthier eating habits. 6 weeks down and a lifetime to go. One day at a time!!!!Thank you for this workout.

How’s everyone doing so far?! I’m doing this workout In the morning and complementing it with insanity workout aftha work.
I guess I truly am a beginner... my goal is to lose a considerable amount weight before my 40th in July but didn't know how to start. I watched this and was like oh this is easy.... ummmm so not if you're a true beginner... but I was able to get through the whole thing which is a plus and motivates me to do it again tomorrow. Thank you so much for this!!

Today is my first day trying your workout. I just finished my regular workout so did the 1st timers. It’s AWESOME!!!!! Will definitely be doing this workout for another few days and then moving to your 10 min daily commitment!!!!

I love this workout you have no reason not to get moving with this one👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽...I've been doing this for about 4 days and I already dropped 4 pounds...this included with a change of lifestyle works hands down👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. The workout is so easy and I feel the same soreness I got from hour workouts with trainers💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
This has been a god send. It’s easy enough that it isn’t intimidating and hard enough to get the job done. I did this for 2 months at home and I’ve been steadily losing weight and it has really built my strength & endurance up. Now I’m in the gym with confidence not only because I lost 30lbs already but because i can put in more work than plenty of people that are a lot smaller than me now. Once I mastered this version of the 1st timers, I rest for 10 mins then do the airport 1st timer. You don’t have to get on the floor for that one. Level 2 is still a bit too hard for me to do without modifying all of the exercises. I get a better workout doing these two 1st timers and I can feel my progress. I’ll still do level 2 occasionally to test myself.
This is a great workout. I am challenging myself to a 30 day challenge. I fell off from working out because I injured my back. Today is day 1. I didn't know if I could do it. I did it! Lounges are difficult but I made it. 29 days to go! Thanks for making this video!
How did it go?
I'm on day 3. I'm doing this twice a day because since covid I'm much less active & with the cold weather I don't go for my walks.

Been looking for a good beginner's workout that's easy on my knees, squats a a little rough but I manage thank you Robert, this is day three for me.
Shirley here this is day 8 for me, thought it would have gotten a little easier by now but still breathing hard by the end, I'm in worse shape than I thought, but I'm still moving with Rob every morning. Will try to remember to check back in in a week maybe by then I will have cleaned up my eating habits a little more. Weekends are the worse i HAVE to have a day where i eat nothing or almost nothing that's good for me.
How is the workout going for you?

Robert, I happened across your videos and you are extremely encouraging and real, thank you I'm older than your standard viewer and have severe knee issues so I will be limited on floor but I will give it my all. Nothing beats a fail but a try...I appreciate the help and examples
There is a standing version of the 1st timers workout on his channel, so you don’t have to get on the floor. He’s wearing a black suit in an airport. That video is a couple mins shorter too. I have issues with my knees due to my weight but I was able to do the squats and lunges as long as I had a chair to hold on to. I haven’t needed the chair In a solid week.
First time visiting the channel, the workouts are definitely uplifting and motivating,I incorporate them into my fitness routines. Love the vids keep them coming.

I’m a 53 year old woman and I’m 5’6 and I weigh 166 pounds. My goal is to get to 150 healthy pounds. I want to lose 1-3 pounds a week to keep it off. I want and need my core to be strong and I think this low intensity workout is going to help get me there. Thank you For such a doable workout. I’ll post my results when I reach my goal.

Just did this for the first time, I actually considered myself a “non beginner” because I go to the gym regularly but realized quickly I don’t stretch enough..this took effort! I’ve been looking for a regime that would free me from the gym, good looking out.

Hi I'm a fan of your work. I did 6 years in the army national guard and was always in shape. When I got out in 2015 it was hard to stay in shape. I randomly came across this video thought I'd give it a try since I haven't found a way or the motivation to get back in shape. I just did the routine and I'm sweating like a dog. I believe I've found my way back thanks for creating this.

I feel so embarrassed. I had so much trouble doing this little workout. I'm embarrassed and mad at myself for getting to this point of my life. I'm 41 will be 42 in January and once upon a time I was a 3 sport athlete and now I'm pretty sedentary and weigh 249 lbs; 5'9" and I have a bad bad back. BUT...I am committed and I'm going to keep at it, not only for me but also for my daughter, who deserves a healthy mom!
