Truthfully, he echoes the reason why I started working out more and reading up on /studying fitness. Im still very much a work in progress as I view fitness as a life long journey. My biggest weakness is the nutrition. If you dont prepare your meals, its hard to stay on point.

D Mac this only applies if you’re like 30 and over I would say... below that (speaking from experience) as long as you eat healthy enough most of the time you don’t need to really prep every meal.
Your diet is the main factor... Honestly any workout routines will work as long as you're consistent

Just don't get too hard...Some men probably don't mind, but I like to lay with something soft versus something firm.

I personally like my body firm and could care less who doesn't like it. I workout to stay fit not for some random person & their own preferences. And I'd recommend men & women do the same. To live your like trying to meet others' preferences is quite stupid. You're suppose to do you and whoever rocks with tou, rock with you. I encourage others to do the same. I'd never tell them not to get too whatever because of my own preferences. The world doesnt revolve around me.

His father is also a rev ( assuming his dad is serious in regards to that ) so he comes from a family of faith. The price of fame comes at a high price that most celebrities are will to do anything for. Perhaps for diggy gaining the whole world and losing his own soul was not worth it to go to to that next level of fame, perhaps he got a brief taste of what it was and it wasn’t what he expected . Lots of people have money or are rich but still aren’t happy or satisfied.
