I just found this video in hopes to inspire my teenage son to stay motivated. This is just what he needed. No gym, no equipment, and you don’t need a lot space either. I love it!

Had I known to do my planks like that I could endure them better.
I struggled with my first planks. However, after 4 ab workouts I stopped for over a month and came back my plank was on point. Just need to activate the muscles.

@highwayFit I like the video it would have been helpful if the shirt wasnt so loose. When you did the blank I could not tell the position the abs. I tighter shirt and shorts would have provide a better view of proper form.

I'm currently 54 years old and I feel as if I'm 64 instead.
I weight 346lbs. And I'm about 5'6 in height. I just wish I knew so.e kind of beginners exercises that I can do because I really want to lose all this extra weight because I literally feel as if I'm dying and I want to live for myself and also for my 2 granddaughters Nevaeh and Zoe that I love very much.

Well why don’t you start with this. I heard that someone using one of his workouts lost I think 50 pounds in 2 months. you don’t have to get in perfect as long you try your hardest. Your motivation: your grandchildren. Try this out.
