Got here throught Louis Rossman 2 years ago. Still doing this at least once a week. Still challenging, but getting through no problem and instead of nearly dying every time I now rather enjoy it.

Besides the inverted crunches I can almost do this all the way through now. No matter how much I work my shoulders I can't get over shoulder fatigue at this point. I can do 8 overhead press with a 135lbs barbell but can't get enough endurance to do more than 12 to 16 inverted crunches before I collapse. That and the 2nd to last exercise is insanely uncomfortable to do. So I'm cheating the form with it. But I'm almost there!!
I expect a video when you can do it. a year in the making!

Hey Rob! Did you think about doing a 2022 version of these , maybe some things that you have learned as well from doing this workout over the years. I have been doing this work out for a few and I have found good results. Do it for a week and you will see them as well. Thanks Ri'chard !

1/16/22 - Was just able to get half way through. Not going to stop trying this every day until I get the entire way. 1/24/22 - Just got the entire way through with only 2 short breaks. Shout out to Rossman for getting me into this.

Hahaha, these are essentially the workouts my dad does! He's in his 40's and destroys me at this (I'm 22) for the time being. First hurdle is getting used to it. If you haven't done a workout like this you might get dizzy/nauseous. Once your body knows what to expect it should be a lot easier.
