We visited Rhodes Central, one of Sydney shopping centre that recently opened during Sydney lockdown. But before that, we visited Top Ryde Shopping Centre to try one of the best Banh Mi in Sydney. This Top Ryde Banh Mi is undoubtedly serving one of the most delicious Vietnamese baguette in Sydney that we have tried so far. Definitely one of the food you must try when you visit Sydney especially if you are banh mi lovers.
In Rhodes Central, there are two floors with more affordable food court options in the ground floor and restaurants on second floor.
In Rhodes Central, we tried Chongqing style Chinese noodle from Maopo, bread & coffee from LAB Bakery and croffle (croissant and waffle) together with Korean shaved ice (bingsoo) from Snow Blossom. Yes, you guys are right, usually, people don't associate good restaurants with shopping malls. But there are some areas where actually you can find really good ones like in Bucharest, really fine dining is found in some of the malls.

Ang ku kueh is eaten in Malaysia too. Very traditional. It translates to red tortoise. My fav is one with Mung bean inside

We tried to make Banh Mi here in Goa, but yeah the sauce really makes the difference which we can't find it here! the ingredients look so fresh and really well stuffed! yuuuuuuuum !!!
The pate is so hard to perfect it and yeah kinda hard if there is no right ingredients

Gotta say when it comes to banh mi Sydney has us beat... this place looks insane like Vietnam quality. All the ingredients look so fresh and the bbq pork is insane đ€€ damnnnn gis a bite đ yen's family has the turtle shell cake all the time. Yep there is bus stop in front of the Top Ryde shopping centre. Oh my gosh driving was a bit of nightmare especially weekend đ I wish they have train/metro station haha

It is different banh mi -The banh mi place that we recommend is in Top Ryde City Shopping Centre called Top Ryde Bakers House. We didn't try the banh mi place in Rhodes, i think it was called Rhodes Banh Mi đ

Nice video, not sure you used mobile phone to film it while driving but just wanted to point out that drivers can be fined even if their passenger uses the mobile phone and distracts the driver, meaning taking your eye off the road to look at it.
