    crazy cuz i learned these exercises when i was 14 just never realized the value of olympic lifts. bouta to my favorite lift in the gym tmo: hang cleans. i’m juiced

    All I do is snatch and clean and jerk. Took me a year to get my technique down well enough to start loading.

    There is nothing more exciting than getting ready to do a heavy clean and press.
