With the spirit of promoting living within nature, City of Elmina has took several initiatives: Introducing urban design guidelines to preserve the forest reserve; create 300 acres of green parks; and my favourite which is the urban farm. Although the plots of land may not be the most complicated, sophisticated feature but it's very practical and effective. Besides promoting the awareness of green living, family will also spend more time together.
Thoughtfulness, the main keyword to summarize their products. Every details from socket heights; ramps in the toilet; application of sliding door for space efficiency; proper access to water storage; and etc. All are thought through during design stage including the dedication to overall material choice from phase 1 to the current.
Unfortunately, we will need to wait for the opening of DASH highway before this project can be drastically closer to the city. By then, the supporting amenities such as shop offices, commercial centres and schools will take place.

Elmina/denai alam area good place & well built but if you are working in KL...its very far away & very jammed. If u need to reach kl by 9am, u'll need to leave home at 6:30am. If working in KL , better look for other place

Hi hi hi. The sliding door remind me of Uncle Tropicana where he complain that the sliding door do not slide well & this one have a proper handle too compare to the million ringgit condo. FYI, @ 10:00, that's called manhole(door at ceiling).
Hahaha... I thought of the same thing too. This project really takes pride in their material selection, which is very rare these days. I was worried manhole to be too 'jargon' for young audience to pick up. Maybe on my next video I will start using it=)

Hi there. Location is just heavily dependent on individual, but come to think of it... Subang Jaya was once considered far away too. So as Tropicana, Kota Damansara and etc. I'm just can't wait for Dash highway to be completed and we will get to see the progress.
