    moved here since november last year from Klang Valley,very true..50-60% from KL..PJ etc....me!!.. Peace of mind after long hours at work..no regret at all!.

    Latest concept from among developers is to have some same little amount of space at the back portion of the house but this project as soon as you open your back door it's almost direct to the trench!

    To me this is still like an outskirt area despite creating a huge township. Is all depends on your job location which is why they have offer 20% of commercial land for manufacturing in hope to create more job opportunities within that area. However how many of us would prefer to stay nearby some factories? Hope there isn't any chemical factory around.

      Agree..some manufacturing plant discharge effluent so odorless and colorless that our senses cannot detect..long term exposure is dangerous..they better make sure no such factory built near by

    The township is good. But still so many houses here are empty. Matriks, create the township, but quality of houses are very bad, there are linking, the walls are not quality as if we use wallpaper , it come out it self, even from outside along the road , you can see the house walls are not in good condition. There are many empty houses, but still matriks are building more houses! One more, purposely increase the price! Im living here in sendayan, its not worthy buying matriks project. Some of my friends bought house under matriks project, and so many developer defect. ( my personal opinion )

    This is so true! if you are looking for a place to relax after a busy week working in the city, Sri Sendayan is a very good place for you. Not so far from the city as well! and please dont forget to drop by soon at Jigger & Shaker, we are very pleased and more happy to serve you all! Love love love

    great review! im from kota damansara have booked tiara sendayan 😂 working at bangsar but only 4days working in a week. waiting for house completion 2023 i think thats ok, building our financial strong before move into sendayan. dtempat really attracts us and one of the factors we choose sendayan is, we want our kids to raise at proper places. highway expected to be completed by the end of this year, only 30minutes from kl. so why not? 😂

    you might be able to travel between KL and Seremban for a period of time. (Eg. 1 month, 1 year++)
    But in long run this kind of unnecessary travel distance will add burden to your body and even affect your mental health.

      I guess you're right Zen. If it's KL then I think its really too far. So it's either a weekly travel would be fine.. just to submit claim in the office of something.

    Hi Sean, just a note, the chinese subtitles font that you are using is meant for traditional chinese wherelse you are using simplified chinese, hence the problem with some of the chinese words looking different. Just changing the font to a simplified chinese font pack will solve the issue.

    Been staying here for the past 4 years. House built quality are not the best but I bought it because of the location which is away from the city (Been a city person my whole life)and the quiet environment and facilities around are not bad as well. I’m working in KL and travel back and forth everyday never a burden in fact with the no jam situation and going back to a peaceful environment is worth it. Get a comfortable car to drive and enjoy the drive of 40-50 min un halted is not that bad as I use to stay in KL and most time stuck in a jam for almost an hour for a less than 10km distance to home, that is what will take a toll on our mental health I guess

    If you really go through the occupancy rate, well maybe just the starting phase, it can consider quite low. What really build up the commercial volume is the population contribute by TUDM which occupied quite a large portion land in bandar sri sendayan. In future military airbase will totally move from subang to here which local residents here have to prepare of level of noice pollution caused by military flying activities. Just add up what missing in this video.

      Hi Chuanjun, I’m understand your concern but the base there are only for logistics, training etc if they really want to use for training maybe only for helicopters because it not safe to use for other plane. I got few friends stay in the base. I’m also one off the buyer here. 😄

      Yea. That's why I took the initiative to travel further away from the CBD this time to show you guys this masterplan. As it's pretty far away from the immediate highway, I was surprised by the scale and pace of developments in this area.

    I heard MEX II highway project is gonna be complete on 2022. Is it true? If yes, then its really convenient to buy house at Sendayan Area. Because the journey will be shorter. 30-35min can arrive PJ/KL area

    For someone like me, in the aviation and used to travel from Ampang to the airport to and fro on a daily basis, I don't feel like it's a bad thing to do so. And I don't think I mind moving there. Of course I've grew up in the smack of KL, and for sure there's a sentimental value to it. But I wouldn't mind somewhere different and new. It's not too far from KL anyways

      Yea yin yin. The only thing they need now is population. Besides, there're a few other developments such as Bandar Ainsdale, Iringan Bayu, S2 connected to this... So it's seriously one HUGE development.

    Seremban 2 is better, there are many amenities there, shopping malls, hospitals etc.

    Not worth it in long run, all the hours wasted in driving to KL. Once the novelty has passed, you'll wish you bought the 1.2m terrace house instead.
