In pursuit of that landed property as that dream home, Seremban has been one of that controversial location to live in. However looking at the recent developments around the address plus the recent adaptation of 'work from home' culture, the option to setup a home here seems sensible.
Using the 22-acre Wetland Park as the centerpiece for Iringan Bayu, the several earlier phases has been very well received by the market. I personally enjoyed the experience walking around the park as the hardscape was very well designed. There are exercise machines, sculptures, benches, bridges, platforms, designated bicycle paths and etc around the park used to highlight their concept of Bay of Touch, Sight and Sound. It's just so interesting.
Erama, the latest development consisting of single storey and double storey Semi-Ds is built adjacent to the Wetland Park. It's designated to buyers who prefers quality of space versus quantity as the built up is rather compact. It feels pretty similar to a corner unit terrace house, hence resulting in a selling price that's very attractive.
Unfortunately for all township developments, the initial stage would be inconvenient to live in as commercial components are not built yet. Also, the experience of driving through the local road before reaching Iringan Bayu is not that pleasant as well.
This project will be an interesting debate between family members to decide on the location of their home. With a similar budget, would you stay in a highrise in KL or a Semi-D further away from the city considering the adaptation of working from home culture.
Iringan bayu problem is not sure why OSK never build any shop lot, so far resident here need travel arround 8-10 km to mambau or Sendayan to buy groceries , so far is cheaper but very inconvenient.
I just went there last week!!! I agree with the review and it is at an affordable price point even when compared to neighbouring development such as Sri sendayan. Maybe it will be better in 5 years time as the township matures. Thanks Sean for covering real estates outside Klang Valley as well.

I am owner Astera.when you buy it,it's a headache,many problems and defect.it's not the best choice.
Can you list out what are the defects so it can be helpful for other owners? Anyway, hopefully the team is helpful in addressing the defect issues.
The water pressure is very small,so I'm installed pump tangki,and the water pipe will burst soon. Which proves that the water pipe don't have SIRIM n quality.
The walls so easy cracked.after a while,it will crack walls in other places.The walls are hollow
The horizontal lines of the whole house are not parallel.Causes water to accumulate easily and the installed things can be seen to be distorted

This definitely looks like an affordable house. I guess the premium we pay in city areas does go towards better finishings and fittings.
Good Job Tuan...may i suggest you to cover topics about finishing quality of the house built by developers in Malaysia... this may not be so major but some simple thing like painting quality and installation works are just not up to minimum standard we as a buyer expected..

Those who bought here yet still work in KL will later realise that they made a wrong decision and are now lock in a difficult decision. Buy to retire ok la. The traveling is suffering. Wake up at 5am start journey at 6am reach back home at 8.30pm. Where is your family time? Your kid did not see you for more than 2 hours in a day before they go to bed. Not worth it.
true. Although you travel within the city took 1 hours with jam. And this took exactly 1 hours without jam. You still need 1 hours to travel within the city. It would double the times to reach the work place by then.
If want to stay Seremban work kl , best is Ainsdale or s2 height . Ainsdale has train station tiroi , iringan bayu is little far , not suitable for work kl stay Seremban .

The main drawback is the main bedroom toilet, it is located above the main door which is not really ideal for feng shui

If not mistaken, there will be new road link this area to Bandar Sri Sendayan..so no need to use Port Dickson exit..can use more comfortable road to Ainsdale or Seremban exit. There also a propose for new highway connect to KLIA and the exit will be near to this township

Almost 2 years now still haven’t build that road , OSK is a little bit not sure what is in their mind . They dun build shop lot for resident over there and the short cut road to Sendayan also dun want to build , as lanam Sendayan just physical beside iringan bayu has some shop lot , 99 shop and restraurant . But due to OSK dun build that short cut even though the route is already there for construction lorry . Resident travel 8-9 km to shop lot but actually physical distance only 2km .
@@fitw the road is already build to connect Iringan Bayu with Laman Sendayan n other part of Bandar Sri Sendayan..just the highway KLIA to Senawang still not start yet
The experience travelling to this township is not that good, but it's totally out of their control. 600k Semi D surely is a grab no matter the location, Land is finite... I like the approach of the wetland, maybe just need to wait for the trees to grow and dress up more.
One thing I am glad that I bought Rimbayu area is the commercial here is somehow booming, with cafes opening and many bars and few community malls. In comparison with Elmina or other townships with lacking commercial is really not ideal for you to move into that township now. Of course the other township will boom especially those under Sime Darby, but it takes time maybe 5 to 10 years.

Buy 2 adjoining single-storey semi-ds and you can turn them into a bungalow. Probably sold out..

they need to plant way more taller trees around the area. The area looks hot with no shade
