I've owned trucks most of my life, always bought into the more, the better .HD towing options, bigger wheels, bigger payload and never needed them. Just ended up with a harsher ride, bad gas mileage, and less space in the garage. This package is all that a lot of people really need, hauling 4X8 panels, yard debris, maybe a small trailer. The first gen was ugly, in my eyes, this one really looks better. And while it might not be "Macho" , it would give me a great ride and good mileage for the 99% of the time I don't need a pick up bed. This will be my next purchase.
Agree 100%
The back vents look like oogie boogie’s face, lol
Ben what do you think of the resale value of Ridgeline vs Tacoma ?
I know this is an old thread but as of yesterday(8 apr 2023) I got an appraisal offer from CARMAX for $33600 for my RTL-E , with 32k miles, OE lighted running boards and a full OE roof rack, I only have a soft bed cover but considering an OE tonneau hard cover
This is the first vehicle I can put a full sized tissue box, between the seats, in the opening with the sliding tray, which I carry my face mask, and cover them both, with the sliding lid!
The S mode on the gear shifter is a sport mode, not shift mode
It’s actually sequential mode
I was so early that Honda used to produce the s2000
What’s the difference between the RTE-E and RTL?
Google is a wonderful thing
About $4,000.00!
Premium sound system with output for the bed, navigation, electric outlet in the bad, heated seats, android auto............some other shit. Nice to have I guess, I bought the RTL-E because it was all I could find. Money wasn't really an issue because most other dealers were tacking $2k onto MSRP of the RTL.
Can you do a review on a Jeep Wrangler Sport S?
Mike Perez check my Jeep playlist
i think it is fairly a good truck at its price stage.
Again sometimes i think it is not so good.. So,is it a good truck??
It’s a good suv with a truck bed🤣
I had a v-8 Dodge Durango, for 15 years, never could find a challenging load that would fit inside it. Had to lock in the 4X4 one time, in 15 years. Pulled a single axle trailer with lawn tractor, didn’t hardly drive it because of the gas usages. Sold it with 58,000 miles, like new condition. Bought a 2020 Ridgeline Sport, and am only very satisfied with my new truck! Does everything I ever did with my 7 passenger SUV, V-8 AWD. GOt rid of my trucks before getting a SUV. The only vehicle I need ❤️!
Nice looking SUV.
They shrunk the truck. The previous Ridgelines were a full size truck. Now a small truck. My neighbor has one. It's little. Nice looking enough. V6. Surprised it doesn't have the 2.0 4 cyl. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner
Honda need to create a new class of vehicle and call the Ridgeline a STUV(sport truck utility vehicle) it is a good convenient SUV/truck/minivan it's not quite a pickup truck not quite a SUV not quite a minivan but a combination of all 3 they should give it a little more aggressive grill maybe some 20 inch rims and a little more power that trunk built into the bed is what makes me like this vehicle but the coolest out of these midsize trucks is definitely the gladiator followed by the ranger just because of the ecoboost engine the best looking I'd say the Colorado/Canyon but the Ridgeline is the most convenient it's like the Swiss army knife of pickup trucks it's got all the features you'd want for a daily driver
I saw one that went off roading transmission stayed over heating hmmmm
Seems like a good vehicle, but the RTL-E trim is way too expensive for a midsize pickup truck.
It'll have better reliability than most other brands, but it's a bit small and it's a front wheel drive platform that's unibody. I guess it all depends on what you need. TFL did some tests with this against the Ranger and Gladiator. The Ranger is the sweet spot. The ranger spanked both in acceleration and now we see Ford has a factory performance tune for the Ranger that puts it near the 2.7 in output.
James L both ranger and gladiator are tiny inside somehow despite all 3 being equally as wide. Ranger would be good for if you need to tow above 5k, but costs about the same as an f150 2.7eb after rebates so there’s that to consider too
Nice truck for my grandma
Lol
Better believe it, they are Smart!
Not body on frame, no transfer case, not rear wheel drive.... yet Honda still call it a truck.....
Please, enlighten us, oh wise one. What would YOU call it?
Some people’s favorite truck is a wrecker! Go for it!
Accord with a bed. Not a truck.
The tech is good but the truck itself is ugly af! 🤦♂️
I remember when nissans were the most hated trucks. Now that title belongs to Honda, it's so ugly!
That is a CRV with a bed .. Not a truck , not a fucking truck i repeat
Obviously, you don’t know what a truck is? Buy one, sometime, then tell us! They damned sure aren’t TOYS for BOYS, they are tools for working people! Some of us get off work, and leave our tools behind! 👍🏻🥳👍🏻
@@hans-jurgenwiegand7465 for you Europeans but for Americans it is a car , got it !
Sorry Ben that is not a truck it is the illegitimate child of a Toyota Prius and an El Camino
Eric 🤣🤣🤣
