That could make door lock damage if the driver or anyone close the driver's door by mistake.
Question is that a one time or is that a permanent fix.i really like that if it's a permanent fix cause that door chime is annoying

You can very simply disable the door chime permanently. Simply switch your headlights to Automatic (A).
