I just installed same unit to 2018 rav4. Did not have to cut or play with any cables at all. Everything was plug and play. Car camera works, steering whell controls works.Everything works. Only little issue was the putting long part back after intalling the unit.
Was this unit brought in by the customer or was it bought from your shop? Im trying to get one installed in my wife's car and was wondering how i would go about contacting you for service
I tried one last month, it gets very hot before putting everything back together. It scared me to the point that I put the factory one back in it. Is it normal for it to get hot so fast ?

I am struggling with volume can’t hear anything even if the volume is high. Phone is connected through the bluetooth all other functions are working but I can’t hear music, gps voice or incoming call voice. Any one knows what’s going on. I use iOS device and my car is limited 2014

I WILL SUMMARIZE IT >> green of biggest connector (between yellow and black wires) is the 12 v once reverse is engaged >> that goes to both android unit REVERSE trigger signal and usb phone charger (12v to 5 v to be used as if 6v to oem camera) ..That 5v of the usb charger adaptor goes to black wire of 2nd connector (i see 9 wires only on its 24 pins) ... we done with power and its trigger... now the video signal .. the inner center of yellow RCA goes to white of last connector and RCA video connector outer shield goes to the red wire in that last same connector ... that last 24 pins connector we used its black as 6v input // and its red as video ground // and its white as video center pin for rav 2018...etc >> Now you will have bad raster signal from the oem camera like in this youtube video ,,, ok, just go to factory setting (my pin was 8888) go to car setting then parameters then scroll down to VEDIO SETTING .. chose PAL/SECAM .. Buddy you came from top to bottom just change the camera settings in Android stereo pal to NTFS that's it and your stock camera working

There should be a setting for Bluetooth device
