I won't lie, this was a challenging install. I think the installation guide needs to be updated with more details. But if you follow my video, you will see, I was able to sucessfully install this.
The unit itself seems to be working great. Big clear screen. SInce I am using to crappy stock camera, the back up image is still the same. Sounds quality seems good and OS looks fast.

I think she said she had to reboot it once or twice. But she said it works great and the screen is really nice compared to the old one.
