38:30 - I would say connecting to the places/hobbies/thing in ur life!! ik i’ve struggled w this feeling a lot, and honestly exploring your hobbies and how they relate to ur space (ex. groups, places you do that hobby) as well as exploring spaces to find space that works for YOU is so key. it can take a lot of effort and it can be kind of exhausting too but it’s really helpful for making you feel grounded and a sense of belonging in the space that you occupy. I know for me this can take the form of finding a few restaurants or bars that I really feel comfortable in, or finding a few beaches or mountains or trails where I love being in that space. Also, be patient with yourself! It can take a while to find these spaces and some spaces will have more places that fit you then other spaces.
