on Brooke's side, I would've said fuck your trainer if I was there. its an emotional support thing, my best friend and I do it all the time when we recount stories about people we encounter. idc if im right or wrong, let me rant and agree with me!
No, Brooke is so right, and I am a personal trainer. If you feel like the weight is too much, a good trainer can and should respect that and not push you beyond your limits for a very beginner session. All that will do is scare people away from coming back.

I used to work at a coffee shop next to an F45 and all their trainers were so chipper at 6 AM, it was unbelievable.... and a little disgusting imo.

I feel like everyone is just getting mad realizing this is what two friends interacting comfortably look like, instead of the two “lovers” y’all want them to be. Connor has always been more annoying brother to Brooke, this is just another example of them having different viewpoints 😅 Brooke was annoyed Connor wouldn’t just lie and agree and Connor didn’t understand why Brooke was complaining bc clearly she survived the workout and no one is forcing her to workout (his point). This is a classic disagreement, but everyone made a book out of it 😂

agreed, i was very confused when i saw the negative comments. i genuinely do not see them as a couple or flirty and i rarely find connor to be as negative as people make him out to be.
also, i know brooke talks about having anxiety and that sort of stuff, but she is a whole entire adult woman. we should respect her enough to say that she can handle her relationship with connor without needing input or even validation from thousands of strangers on the internet. it just gives me weird savior complex vibes like she’s incapable of sticking up for herself when we have literally seen her do it. it makes sense to stick up for her in some instances (like the episode w/Ben and emil) but not when you’re fabricating an issue that doesn’t even exist in the first place.

Brooke maybe try a lower impact workout! Like Pilates, yoga, light weights, barre, ect. It can be intimidating at first to go to those classes but could feel better on your body than a HIIT class like F45 or Barry’s ect
Brooke you literally look so good! I thought you had makeup on until you started to rub in the eye cream! Btw I’m getting botox next month! Just do your research and see people’s work before. If you decide to, definitely do a consultation and go with who you feel most comfortable with. Love you girllllll
