Hey guys, back with another Borderlands countdown and today, I want to go over 10 of what I think are among some of the Worst Pistols in Borderlands History! This video will include some of the Worst pistols from all the Borderlands games including Borderlands 1, Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

I’ll still take the Reaper over the Sucker Punch simply because The Reaper is actually good at killing enemies regardless of its accessory.
It's like everyone forgets the Reaper restores health...

The Dahlminator in normal mode is very useful against any flying enemy. It is a spiker with tracking projectiles; aim at flying enemy, shoot, and those bullets _will_ hit even if the enemy moves away.
That way I can get rid of fliers and focus on enemies that are polite enough to stick around while I shoot them.
Agreed, very andy against surveyors and other flying stuff. Or even Saturn. And kinda fun when combined with The Bee (shoot, hide, wait for the sounds)
Agreed, especially in Sawtooth Cauldron
In normal mode, it's a fairly good weapon, however, in other modes, it is trash. But, in TVHM, UVHM, or even The Peak, it is good for dealing with serveyors, especially badass surveyors, which are usually SO ANNOYING. Unless you are playing Maya, that is.
So the Devastator is basically the "monday-model" of the Unkempt Harold
What is "Monday-Model"?
The more Borderlands History list you do the more hype I have for Borderlands 3.

The revolution isn’t that bad because it’s an anarchist style pistol so it’s at least got that,
I got one out of a vending machine, spent all my money on it. Then I found out what the grinder was, and then concluded it was worth it for the grinder haha

Mainly because puma doesn’t consider that just because a weapon is underwhelming doesn’t mean it’s shit, the revolution is decent and really didn’t deserve its spot, like what about the rebel from borderlands 1? That thing was complete shit!

I really like the wanderlust myself on my Gaige but I know that it's bad but I have a ton of fun with it :)

Also, a fire wonderlust on krieg isn't bad. He's virtually immortal with a fotfh, works wonders with buzzards too, ofc in the corrosive variety.

The Logans Gun is awesome! With the Bee shield especially. Yes its counterintuitive to fire at feet. But once you've mastered it, its phenomenal. If you can guage how fast each enemy type runs, and fire it infront of them... game over!
It's great for recovering RPG ammo. Get a 94% Sham and bomb yourself. You'll save a shit ton of money.
For the wanderlust, there's 3 buffs could be could. The more projectiles like you said. A increased damage buff. Or increased fire rate and a larger mag/ less ammo consumption.

I like to proletarian revolution sure its worse than the regular anarchist pistol but at least it has a specific place it drops its not just hope and pray u get one from any random chest or shop

He means that n body drops it and you can obtain it from any enemy
One thing not widely known about the Logan's Gun; In borderlands TPS you can use the Moonscaper for "Super Grenade Jumping" but with the Logan's Gun you can shoot the Moonscaper projectiles to detonate them when you want.
use the unforgiven pistol with salvador's high fire rate skill to and divergent likeness skill to make it worth while.
I disagree with the probe being on this list. Equip it and butt slam, and you've got a nice amount of health returned. It also heals from elemental damage from butt slams and grenades.
Eggplant it was really good at launch. That's probably why it's there. The nerf was huge and made it almost unusable.
Honestly, I just recently picked up bl:tps, so I had no idea of what it was like at launch. But the way that I see it, is you get a gun that heals for x amount so early on in the game. Combine this with the nova shield that janey springs gives you early on, and you'll recharge half of your health from a single nova. I understand that outside of normal mode, it's probably useless (not sure what healing guns you get in tps) but it's got it's uses.
In my opinion, this gun is the same quality as the rubi, considering how far into the story you need to be to get the rubi, as opposed to the fact you get the probe pretty much as soon as you start the game.

But then, that's like putting the bee on the worst shields because of the nerfs that got with the listed projectiles not getting the amp bonuses. (with the unusable part being on shotguns inparticular)
DVA Dart pistols should be replaced with the probe imo

Wanderlust > BL2 Unforgiven. At least the Wanderlust is usable on Gaige (with many anarchy stacks and close enough). But the Unforgiven is just shit.
+1, i like the concept, and the sight, but for goodness sake increase the damage on it
One of my least favorite weapons is the dpuh. Hear me out. While it is a fantastic gun, I don’t like the effect it has on the game. It has turned into pretty much a necessity on every character, which take away the fun of trying out other weapons.
Well it's your opinion and I respect that but yeah the dpuh is kind of overrated to some in the Borderlands community.
I’m not saying I don’t like it necessarily, but I don’t like how overrated/overpowered it is
I just got my Salvador(8th one)to op8 and people keep telling me to get the dpuh but I think it's too overpowered so I'm not going to use it
It actually is a really overpowered gun, but it makes the player that uses it worse. If you are using the DPUH you often do not aim properly because you don't need to hit crits anyways, while you are getting used to deal devastating amounts of damage without much skill. As soon as you get used to using the DPUH you get worse at aiming and worse at playing in an organized or safe way.
Manner MP lol it doesn’t make you worse. Theres something that humans have called muscle memory and it can’t be overridden by simply not doing something as basic as aiming.
Me, playing BL1 Enhanced after years of not playing BL1: "Oh cool! I got a troll pistol! I don't even remember this one! Maybe it is new!"

The Logan's gun is great for putting downs rabid enemies. Works well at range too. High fire damage over time too.
XD logans gun is trash. Only good for ammo regin.
Honestly, the Proletarian Revolution would probably be better off in Borderlands 2 with Salvador than any of the characters in the pre sequel.
And the Proletarian Revolution is still better than the Infinty. Ironic. And the Probe is still top-1 pistol for Melee Athena, for example. And not only this. Because when you healing with the Probe you don’t usually shoot the gun to do so, just like you do with the Grog. And healing off of grenades, melee attacks and swapping from a better damaging weapon works just excellent.

Yeah, the E-tech pistols have always been a bummer. In theory, its a good idea. High elemental chance and damage, but low fire rate. TBH, I’m not really a fan of ANY E-tech weapons. I’ll use a sniper or plasma caster for a bit if there are no other choices. I suppose the rocket launchers are good eh?

I actually like my Twin Dhal for smoking loaders. It never seems to miss, and the corrosive eats them alive. I will just pop a few rounds on ones direction and move someowhere else, knowing it's already dead and it just doesn't notice it yet
The Logan’s Gun can be obtained from the express train after killing the snowman guy (forgive me, I forgot his name) off of the Marcus Christmas DLC

The Troll pistol might actually be a reference to Castle Crashers. There is a Troll Animal Orb that offers health regen similar to the pistol in BL1.

The revolution is definitely not bad, one witch clap trap one shot one kill active you can actually one shot the raid boss after a bit of waiting, I did this when I was max level but my gear was ass, secondly there are skills that fill you magazine derctly alowing a large ass clip. And I known in most cases the infinity is better but I like the rev more because it’s more balanced
I threw the fucking phone when he said that because I use the revaluation even the im level 40 and it its 28 but is stronger then the other weapons I've gotten

Bro, i gotta say, besides the low fire rate on The Rex, It is pretty good on Zer0 If you do the One shot build, where reloading to get the bônus from the one shot skill, could add a lot of damage to the First bullet you shot, while having enough reload speed from Zer0's middle tree skils, and with all the crit damage from de left tree, it can be good for a one shot crit build

makes you wonder if Gearbox even tested their weapons on a dummy. Its very obvious some weapons fall short and they're just ok with that. They're ok with 40% of the guns being absolutely useless in UVHM.
Man are you kidding me about the reaper not having that massive amount of melee damage? They should of named that one the troll. And how come people always hate on T.K. Bahas shotgun? That gun and Madjacks revolver are my fav guns in the whole game.

Loving the video dude. I've got to say I do prefer the weapons on bl1, especially the pistols and revolvers, I have a brutal masher that is the dingles, and some if the pestilent revolvers are awesome.

Ive found the Dahlminator is excellent for taking down buzzards. If you do have one, take it to The Forge
I have to agree that the Rex pistol is not a very good pistol. Still, i find it very fun to use.
I’ve never gotten a Devastator from Hyperious. I’ve only ever gotten them from Master Gee.
I find the revolution good for only one thing and that’s for one of fragtraps skills you have to reload to get the buff and since you can reload constantly (cause it’s like the magazine is always not full) it’s very good for that purpose but that’s just for me

I get this video is old af but the unforgiven wasnt even really advertised. He never shot at max speed never used grenades to assist in damage and when he did towards the end the enemies died immediately. I never used the gun but making it seem less than what it is kinda irks me
Why we had to get the Wanderlust and not the Tsunami is beyond me.
