Hey Guys!
Today Grant and I installed a Sony XAV-ax200bt, a set of alpine R series 6.5" components and a new aerial into this farm style Nissan Navara.

I like it when a vehicle comes with its own work table #bonus
Thanks for the shout out looking forward to watching more of you're installs.
Glad my tip came in handy!
I always ask the customer how they want their rear camera to operate. 99% of the time it’s only when in reverse. So the wire was done properly, just depends on what the customer wants. And if the vehicle supplies constant power through its reverse trigger wire. Both are easy, at least for me to do.
Hardest part is finding the vehicles wiring diagram and that’s not difficult really either 😄
Oh and one more thing, reverse only camera trigger wires save lots of wear and tear on the product. Especially when someone like me buys a $400 reverse camera. ✌️
Violet Lynn Scraton James was just complaining when they run the wire to the back, then back to the front, instead of just using the reverse wire from the front
Nice install. You colud of added a plastic piece at the front of the little gap on dash and then cut a hole for the usb.
Crappy cameras will do that, they just don’t last long. I’m running a Kenwood Excelon DDX 9903S with a Kenwood CMOS reverse camera and no problems here.
I was just wondering if you can get tesa tape over there
Not official Tesa tape. We do have similar fabric tape which isn’t as fluffy but we only use it occasionally because it’s expensive.
Hahah Dean will be so proud :)
How is the responsiveness of the Sony head unit?
That head unit is a legit Kenwood but it’s not their Excelon line so it won’t last but a year maybe two. And only has a one year warranty.
If it’s a legit Kenwood you can find it on their main website, “Walmart” aka B-line products you won’t.
