Congratulations James!! I'm happy for you bro. Don't worry about youtube...that will evolve also, just as you are. Nice scenery in your country...nice riding with you. All the best to you in the future man :)
Thanks for the update! Love love love the opportunities you now have! Let me know when you create the new channels (for Store or for the new Home Audio Etc. -eh, see what I did there?). You’re awesome man- good things will find their way to you. Keep up the good work, keep everyone informed. We will follow you wherever. For what it’s worth, Akropovic makes a heck of a nice slip on for your ninja if you don’t do the full header back system from them. LeoVince, Yoshimura, and Vance & Hines make good units as well. It will change your bike from the tame rider it is to a much more powerful beast with a less than stock sound. All said, keep up the good work! Hope to see you soon in your next video.
Don’t know why it struck through the lines like that... weird.
Welcome to ‘Home Audio Etc.’ haha. Great job transitioning, and you know a lot of us tuned in for the car audio, but we stay for your personality. Bikes, High-end audio, vlogging, you’re worth spending a few minutes to listen to regardless of what you’re talking about.
By the way, i think the audio (at least on my phone) sounds pretty clear and best with visor down.
As far as getting into high-end audio setup, if you’re not already, i’d say look into how to characterize a room: RTA, Impulse response and Modes. Then spend some time in a listening room adjusting speaker and listening position and room treatments. It really helps.
Funny i also pronounce it ‘hee-un-dai’ like you do (because that’s how it’s spelled?) whereas most Americans say ‘hun day’
Anyway, look forward to the next vid. Stay safe out there. 👍🏻
Congrats on the new position, I'm sure you'll do great.... Keep the updates coming!!!
Congrats bro and good luck. Sounds like you're well on your way to doing some great work for that company. As disappointing as this news is with your videos, I hope everything works out for you.
Congrats James! Glad to hear you landed on your feet so quickly. You should be proud to have landed a job as quickly as you did. Good for you for getting out there with your CV and a suit and a good attitude. I'm genuinely sad to see this is likely the very end of Car Audio.etc I always look forward to watching your videos. Keep up the good work and if you find the time keep uploading videos!! Congrats again from the US.
I've been watching a lot of your videos here lately and I thoroughly enjoy them. I'm so glad to hear that you've moved into a job you're much happier with. Best of luck to you!
congratulations on the new job! i kind of figured you would find something quickly. 👍🏻
hey man glad ya found something right up your alley! and that recent binges of ur channel caused me to go spend a bunch of money on car audio that im gonna install in my jeep this easter weekend!
Going to miss Car Audio etc. I stumbled upon your channel while looking for CZcams videos on car audio installs for my 2010 Liberty GT Sedan like your wagon and loved the channel and all the videos you've posted since I found the channel. All the best on your future endeavours mate.
Congrats on the new job James. Happy to hear you got into something you can enjoy, use your previous experience and still learn from. Look forward to seeing some future videos on home audio. Have you thought about doing car audio from home as a side job?
Congratulations. Home audio is major money, people can spend over 100k US easily on a home theater. Just wait until you see 8k res tv
Nice man! My last shop had both car and home. We also did commercial equipment and installed everything. Home automation is very cool stuff.
congratulation good to hear you didn't give up true hard working kid keep up the good work
congrats james on your new job..i think you will enjoy it better...love your videos always a big fan....
Congrats on your super hero landing! While I don't have the long money for it, I love high-end audio... especially just basic stereo with a good treated room. They're not made anymore, but I've been a fan of the Wilson Watt Puppy series. Good luck to you sir.
I love home audio too so let's hook up some reviews if possible. Glad to see you doing well!
I am extremely happy with your new career choice and you should watch the Paul McGowan(owner of ps audio) CZcams show because he answers all the questions for home audio with 5 minute vids. I am subscribed to him as well and am learning home audio is far more complex and expensive than home audio. Wish you the best!
Congrats!! When one door closes another one opens!!!!
Make what you want brother we will keep watching!
It's been a great run. Will miss CarAudio.etc. Definitely my favorite car audio channel.
Congrats on new job. I knew u wouldnt b jobless for long. U r a go getta
I loved my transition from car to home audio installs so much. While I could sell ketchup to a woman in white gloves,I never could get away from installs. Your new "listening room"setup needs to be on camera!
That sucks that you had lost that job but it good to getting into a new field of work the best of luck to ya
I'm a long time viewer. PLEASE keep the channel and do home audio vids. It's sad to lose your car audio vids but it would be worse to lose you altogether. I can really get into the home audio vids as there aren't enough of them. I wish you the best of luck!
You have landed a demn good jobb :D Promoting and selling mid and high end home sound products.
Good to do what u love buddy thanks for the bike ride 😁
Well do on the new job. I hope you keep posting
Congratulation brother. ☺
Congratulations on finding a job that still relates to the audio field and allows you to work in areas where you are well versed. How bout just switching it up to Audio Etc. That way you could be versatile in covering home audio and entertainment, then changing up to show your personal audio and other projects?
Awesome new Career choice, I do the same thing in christchurch at Purehifi! Been here a year now.
Hey James, Congratulations on your new job in home automation. There no doubt that your new employer will be happy with you and everything you have to offer. Your skills and attention to detail are a great asset that your new clients will benefit from. You have a bright future ahead.
Ps pro and X box. That's what you will be working with.home theater.that's great..congratulations.Stereo Lord😌
You might be able to do something like the vlog that Paul at PS Audio as well. Check his channel out for some home audio video ideas
Car audio has changed. Most shops either do what you mentioned is happening there or they have to branch out. Like I said before my old shop did home. I wanted to go further in car so I moved from Kansas to Florida. I actually went to visit Dean and Fernado last weekend to shoot the shit. Cool guys! My new shop does just about everything from lift kits to high end custom installation. Over here car audio is struggling except in certain areas hence my move halfway across the country.
i just started getting my focal speakers because of this channel now its done.. thats F sad dude.. but im sure you'll be on you stardom again very soon... ride safe!
Well done legend !!
Looked at the website for your new place.... wow ... test out those Meridan Speakers holy hell they look good and the $$$
Any chance you can do car audio on the side? I missed you bud.
Still tuned in 👍👍
You're driving on the wrong side of the road lol.
Anyway keep up the great installs
hey james, my gf and i was thinking of visiting your country from the USA. it would be cool to meet up with you and get a tour. if your interested send us your contact info and ill reach out to you.
i do agree with how things are going with the car industry. most will not pay for the higher end work. i do enjoy your work. you did things that i would have done myself or have done. we here do have a bunch of crappy shops so i know what your saying. the way of car audio work have changed so much because of how car makers are integrating the stock head unit to be less changeable as the way they used to be. the only thing we can do now is to change out speakers and amps. im struggling with my cars stock amp as i need to keep the head unit it came with and i dont want to hack up the wires but find a plug n play way of doing the install.
i did request to have you work on an audi s3 rear deck sub-woofer as i have that car and wanted to see how you would have approached it, but you never did reply back to that. also i was curious if the line-out adapter Mobridge would have worked before i spend the 800.00usd for the unit. if it works i want to change out the stock amp to some Zapco amps and upgrade the door speakers as well as a rear deck subwoofer. i think the larges i can do is a 10inch but i need to have the trunk usable so i would use a slim/thin subwoofer but i am curious how bad the sound would be as its not in an enclosure. i dont expect great low sound but its gotta be much better than the stock sub thats back there.
as for my last custom install, i created a custom amp rack for my 91 civic wagon and it looked great.
congrats on the new job. i hope youll be able to make more videos on that. its sad that you wont be able to do car audio stuff anymore but the hours i have spent watching your installs have been fun.
I'd like to see more of the road. Tip the camera up a little?
Well it’s Hyundai like Sunday, in the US they ran an ad for a while saying it over and over.
well you got the job becouse a cean ear and youre pasion for audio every one can sell you an amp and speakers but i the purson has a true pasion for it and it shows you are gona buy it from him than som one who dosent show it
Congrats on the new job. So no more car audio? Ever?
Keep ur page up bet you can get sponsered n make ur own shop. I would prefer u to install or sell me my equipment
new channel name plans?😄
Congrats! Look at Fiio hi res players.
Some bike riding tips
When taking a corner
Shift your weight off the bike
Ex next time u ride
On right turn, slide so your right butt cheek off the seat, lower your head so it’s down almost resting on your arm, take your left foot and drive it down into the foot peg
When I road raced my bike this made taking corners super stable
It lowers your center of gravity
Welcome to the machine is a good song too .
A windscreen for your micphone.and it protects it
We need to do a trading places i ever hit da lotto i would come to where u r first shit looks beautiful

congratulations, what about your fiancé? Home theater here in America has caused a great decline in going out to the movies.
I got no audio on left channel
Sorry thatl be cos the wee lapel mic I use is mono, I’ll try and prevent this next time in editing.
Just call it .audio etc.
Don't forget to tell.what's three.new channel.name.lol
;)
Hey can you add me to Facebook? I sent a friend request and would love to see what you have going on more frequent than CZcams! Congratulations on your new career.
Home audio can be major fun, I just hope you don’t become one of those people who try to say that $10,000 speaker wire sounds better than normal 16 gauge and how cables are directional
So pretty much, selling home automation to old people who don't have grandchildren that care?
Congrats on the new job though, you'll kill it, they are yet to see how much of an amazing person you are.
Cannot wait to see your new content with home automation being a hobby of mine, I have been lucky enough to have fully automated (to the nines) my parents home, two of their friends and my own including solar for my home, I look forward to seeing what they have developed in the way of proprietary software and seeing how different some of their hardware is.
Best of luck in your new position :)
