It's key for transparency and procedural purposes, in every investigation, to be handled by the book.

Had they read him the miranda properly, this poor mom and stepdaughter didn't have to be witnesses in his trial and going through him hurting mom the most again.. he really killed them to hurt her the most, because she wanted to leave this monster that punished his lovely children every day. Even now he is doing that again to the mother, his stepdaughter is traumatized enough has to come now too and telling the story ...

He also asked for a lawyer before the custodial interrogation, I think what he said is something like "give me a couple of days so I can ask a lawyer and give you a nice and good answer" or something along that line.
Anyway, even if this isn't tossed, they are going to testify regardless because confession testimony was prone to be impeached. Prosecution only has 1 shot at this, so they will just throw them the kitchen sink to try to bury the guy. You can't just anchor the entire case on his own confession even if this is not tossed

How stupid, can the cops be in this town? Let me guess. They probably lost a lot of cases because of this they were kicked by the judge because they don’t know how to do their job so how many criminals were released because they could not do their job? This is pathetic. Everyone of these officers should be fired and put in their records of how they were fired so they can’t get another job as a police officer any different town in Ohio. Very very disappointing. And worst of all you are Ohio citizens are paying for their paycheck, for whatever they screw up.
He probably thinks this is such a huge W for him but tbh, the prosecution doesn’t need that footage. The bodycam alone tells you everything you need to know about this waste of space/oxygen/human life. Couldn’t even TRY to hide how pleased he was with himself. I have NEVER seen such a smug lil attitude on a CHILD KILLER being arrested. Was literally sat back admiring the carnage and screams as though it was the most satisfying moment of his life. He’s done. The prosecutor said “we want the death penalty” and I 100% believe they will get it, interrogation video or not🤷♀️.

That is not how the idf trains our cops. Theyre trained to demand id then arrest people from their own property for obstruction and tresspassing. Theyre trained not to emforce the law, but circumvent the law and our rights. The lolice are not on our side either, they protect their own and their government masters. Why should they care about us? We only pay taxes to fund their gun and drug habbits.

Maube if cops werent trained to violate our rights and be assholes about it, we wouldnt have these criminals getting let out by loopholes. If it seems intentional, well, it is, and blatantly obvious.
