@@sylvias5087yes, he did. On record. Right down to the people he saw on the trail, where AND when he saw them. And those witnesses recorded seeing him at the same locations at the same times he said. But so many people wish to pretend that evidential nugget doesn’t exist 🙄🤦🏼♀️

Delphi needs a new judge and new eyes on this case. Investigate the family first then go from there. Also find out who’s making $ off this case.

well yeah they were torturing him at his last prison , trying to make him crazy , trying to make him confess , which was successful, I hope hes being treated more fairly now , he shouldnt even be in prison, he hasnt been convicted . The charging changes does actually change things , theres a chance he could have been found guilty of the kidnapping but not the mursers , now that cant happen , the prosecution are losing this

The pics people use to compare RA to BG are him from 2020/2021, after he had gained weight. RA was pretty thin in 2017 so the theory he lost weight makes no sense. BG was a fat toad. Ask yourselves, can you possibly imagine the man walking on that bridge being the same guy doing that wild dance at the pool hall that his wife recorded? Ain't no way. There is a legit PSY OP being orchestrated against RA, complete with a multitude of fake posts by "people" professing his guilt to sway opinion. It's not hard to figure out these posts are coming from straight up fake accounts. It's all an orchestration, a smear campaign. 100%. RA is not BG.

That is an old video from a hearing last year at Carroll County Courthouse when he did look sickly. I was present in the courtroom today and Bob is right, Allen looks quite healthy, has put on weight and appears stable.. I actually was surprised......(he was bored much of the time throughout the whole hearing though, lol!) He actually even smiled slightly a couple of times when Rozzi and Baldwin's defense atty, Mr. Hennessy, tried to crack a little humor a few times. It was SO weird seeing him in person though! He sat about 30 ft. from where I was sitting- I had a clean straight on view of him! It felt a bit creepy..... I'm So glad I went today though, I live in the Pittsburgh area and drove all the way to Fort Wayne, IN for this hearing and I kept thinking to myself "I must be crazy, lol!"

I disagree completely. The best time to starve himself to change his appearance would of been before his arrest. If you look at his mug shots he was not in a state of starvation at all. So why does it make sense to starve yourself in prison while your in custody after you were arrested? Are you thinking he wanted to change himself for trial to look different in front of the jury? If thats the case, then why so close to trial is he being reported as looking healthier and making eye contact. No pictures or cameras were allowed at this most recent hearin, so I cant see for myself what he looks like. So I have to go by what the people who were there say. I believe Bob Motta and eyewitnesses saying he is in a healthier state at this time.
Did you know that they relocated him to a different prison? He was relocated after BOTH pairs of lawyers and another inmate were concerned with how he was being treated, and the state he was in at that prison. So, him being relocated away from the Odinist prison guards and inmates who he said (and another inmate reported as well) was threatening and harrassing him has nothing to do with him being healthier? Its a little suspicious that soon after the second pair of lawyers said they were concerned about his health, and the Odinist prision guards at that prison he was moved . To this day no one knows why he was moved, not even his lawyers. I take it as someone looked into it and seen the concerns were real, and he was moved quietly to not open a can of worms. Now away from that Hell hole he looks better!?! To me it makes more sense his food was sabotoged or he was under extreme stress there.
I dont see that starving himself intentionally to look different at the point in time he was in that sick/emaciated state makes any sense.
Remember, Richard Allen is an alcoholic. Alcohol withdrawal is very hard on the mind and body. It can kill a person. They can have seizures if not given a benzo. I'm not shocked by the weight loss considering he was forced to quit drinking. Quitting a twelve pack to a case of beer a day will cause weight fluctuations.
RA was never emaciated as often reported.. he was obese and then went to a healthy weight..
