    At last, a boat that looks like a boat should, instead of a floating motel. Love it!

    I have literally watched hundreds of narrowboat videos, and this is way, by far, my favorite interior. This boat is amazing. If I lived in England, I would get this boat in a heartbeat.

    Beautiful! The tour begins in the forward cabin, but took the entire video for me to figure that out because you did not come down the forward companion way.

    This would make a stunning holiday home in London or France provided you could get the right mooring at the right price.

      @HgHg-yp6ft Před 3 lety

      Definitely. plus the canal network in Europe is way more accessible for wide boats like that one, not so in England.
      On other hand this size of boat is great for river cruising too so...

    • @HgHg-yp6ft
      @HgHg-yp6ft Před 3 lety

      @barry s No, it's valid concern. I am not the greatest expert in this but by the look of this boat i assume that it have to be cat c which will suffice to cross the channel. Narrowboats (7 ft wide) can't do that.Another plus of the wider boats is that cruising on the rivers is not a issue at all.Some windy conditions, big boats sailing close and the narrowboat is not the place that you want to be on a rive.

    The video came from a Marina, is the boat for sale. Watching some other videos shows a boat 71’ long and it just fits into a lock. Some one said this is 85’ long and is the boats to wide to fit into some locks? There was comments on other channels about not being able to go from the upper area to the lower area.if over 64’ I think. It is the nicest narrow boat I’ve seen.

    I can not fathom the appeal of narrow boating. Cruising the Loire valley? Yes. Cruising the Danube? Yes. The Black Sea? Yes. Stuck right up some midlands ditch in a 40 ton luggable loo? Nah.
