This video is a break from our usual videos to advertise our Dutch Barge. It is up for sale and will make a beautiful home or business for someone. When she is sold we can finish the refit on our yacht and set sail.
Tukelayle
Stunning New Build Dutch Barge
“Tukelayle” was launched in 2015 and has since been kept on the Rural River Avon, in Warwickshire. Since then she has been a wonderful home, to a family of five for four years, who have lived aboard whilst fitting her out to an exceptionally high standard. The family moved out at the beginning of 2021, and since then she has undergone an extensive amount of work, to finish her off, and bring her up to an outstanding “‘as new’ standard.
Tukelalye is currently moored at a stunning riverside location 10 minutes drive west of Stratford-upon-Avon. This mooring is available for the new owners (subject to discussion with the mooring’s manager).
Packed with neat features, copious storage, and the ability to be safely cruised single handed, she is ready for purchase immediately, ready for a summer of fun on the water.

This is the best canal boat I've seen. Someone is very lucky I deed to own this beauty.
I have watched hundreds of these videos, this is by far the first time I have ever whole heartedly wanted the boat in the video.

Amazing, Beautiful, This would be a dream to live out the rest of my days in!! The floor plan is wide enough for a walker, I am 55 and was diagnosed with an incurable cancer at age 48. Here is the tough question how much is this one of a kind castle selling for ? 😊 ❤ Wondering what your new boat looks like , I would never leave this boat!!
Thanks for your comment. Glad to hear you are still going strong. We sold this boat for 220k There are lots of boats on the market all with different price tags it depends on whether you want to have it just as a stationary house or use it to travel in. Ours was more expensive as it had a superb engine.

It is a standard IKEA kitchen which we have made fit, all rotating shelves etc came from there

I suppose, that the mentioned bridge clearance is with retrackted wheelhouse roof. What is the bridgeclearance with high wheelhouse roof. Looking for something up to max 3,50 m. Thank you for your answer.
Hi Alex, I have double checked the Air Draft. It is 7’4” with the wheelhouse down (including solar panels), and 9’9” with it up.

I'm really sorry we don't have any detailed drawings of the fit out as we designed it in our heads as we went along.
