- The plaintiff says she and the defendant don’t get along because the defendant always starts fights. She says the defendant threatened her with a pool stick and damaged her car fleeing a flight at a club one night. She’s suing her for an insurance deductible. The defendant says the plaintiff is a bully who attacked her and defamed her. She’s countersuing for assault, a cell phone, and harassment.

The plaintiff didnt start the fight. The lawsuit was regarding a separate altercation that even the defendant said the plaintiff was not involved in the fight. The defendant tried fighting the new bartender 2-1 but little did she know that the other ppl would jump in the help the bartender.

Plantiff was wrong for snatching the drink no matter how many times she called her the B word but both engaged in mutual combat due. Defendant was wrong all around unfortunately she may end up locked up or dead if she continues her behavior. People don't just fight and let stuff go, they come back with guns for payback. I hope both ladies get it together and wake up from that horrible mentality.

I don't think she was entirely wrong. She said she works at the bar just not that night. The bar owner asked her to help her close by getting people out. Because the defendant was familiar with her, instead of listening she started calling her a name. She took her glass and told her to get out (probably with lots of attitude). The defendant hits her and they started fighting. Security usually toss people out of bars. So, I agree with judge mathis that it was mutual combat.

I personally can’t stand the way JM sides with certain people in certain cases. He is definitely WRONG about this case. The plaintiff definitely looks and acts very aggressive. When she came in the court room and started talking everything about her said “bully”. Judge Mathis was not right for picking on her for getting jumped by the group of people because he don’t know how the fight started. Definitely didn’t like his attitude in this case, i don’t think she deserved the way he treated her. She seems quiet and she’s small which is why i could see people messing with her and seeing her defend herself even if she lose or win. I believed her story

I didn’t agree with the judge on this case as far as the comments he made towards the defendant at the end. Also the plaintiff wasn’t working at the time I thought when she told the defendant last call. They were at a different bar so I feel she was starting ish. The plaintiff obviously doesn’t like the defendant and whenever she sees her I’m sure she has something to always say. I guess it doesn’t matter how old a person gets some never grow out of that bullying mess.
