- The plaintiff says she met the defendant when they realized they were both dating the same man. When they confronted him, she says he told the defendant to leave and she vandalized the plaintiff’s car. She’s suing for the damages. The defendant says she only confronted her ex for closure and insists she never damaged the car.

He told her he didn’t want her and called the police because the other woman was there. Had she not of been there he probably lets her in. I was young once and I was in a committed relationship but seeing another woman on the side. When the main squeeze showed up and caught me with the side woman I pretended like I had told the main squeeze we were done and that she needs to leave as she had no business here and I was going to call security. Sounds like that’s what the boyfriend was doing. He got caught red handed and he turned on one of them.

I knew the defendant was guilty because of the way she insisted on talking to him "to end this". She already knew everything she needed to know to "end it" herself... no discussion was necessary - she should have just walked away and removed him from her life. People who insist on talking in these kinds of scenarios are angry and don't want to take "no" for an answer. The plaintiff should have dumped him too.

The defendant is the perfect example of why people need to learn how to find closure on their own from a relationship.
