She alleges she discovered he was selling heroin even though he’s a recovering addict. She’s suing him and his sister for stolen money. The defendant insists he’s clean. He and his sister are countersuing for defamation and harassment.

He WAS using my Mother. She knew him since they were children. She hadn't seen him in years. He popped back in her life at her Mother's funeral. It broke our hearts and we understood she was going through and looking for something that we told her he didn't have for her. They BOTH took advantage of my Moms broken heart and broke it even more. Loneliness is when you isolate yourself from people and feel sorry for yourself and have no goals or fun in your life. You can have a great life without being in a relationship. Use your brain and be creative instead of sitting down staring at the four walls feeling sorry for yourself. Better to be by yourself than being mixed up with the wrong person. That goes for men as well as women. Make the most of life and enjoy it while you can.

The plaintiff I think was on her P's & Q's, she had all her evident with the deposits slips, and text messages she sat back with confident when the defendant came with the harassment charges.
