  • The plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin, who she claims doesn’t like her fiancé and even tried to stab him. She claims the defendant still has a lot of her old property and is withholding money, so she’s suing for property and rent. The defendant is countersuing for harassment. #JudgeMathis #RealityTV #Court

She gave the child to his father, that wasn’t a kicking out. If the man does not want to communicate with the people who are Caring for his child, he needs to take his child with him. Had something happened to the child while the adults was on the outs, they would be in court saying she took revenge out on their child. So please see the bigger picture. It’s easy to let emotions get involved because we are talking about children but the reality is, better safe than sorry. I don’t want the responsibility of a child who’s parents are acting threatening towards me.

I picked up they were allowed to stay overnight but defendant didn't like that they left the kids alone to go "buy a car" so she had her child lock the door and she set the alarm to prevent them from coming back in unless her mom was there. Boyfriends were irresponsible n negligent and defendant was on a power trip n wanted to control when they came back in. And since the mom had to come over and things got heated between plaintiff's fiance n mom, the mom put their baby out as well. Smh messy!!!!!! could've been handled or addressed after the plaintiff n defendant got home from work. I don't think they left to go buy a car lol

Too many kids are molested, raped, and sexually assaulted and in MOST cases it is a family member or a family friend, someone familiar to the child. Smh.
