  • The plaintiff says the defendant is her aunt, who sometimes cared for the plaintiff’s children. She’s suing her aunt for travel expenses and unreturned property. The defendant insists the plaintiff’s children lived with her long-term and she was a legal guardian. She’s countersuing her niece for childcare expenses.

I heard the Aunt state to her sister...You did this... Therfore it seems to me at some point the Niece and Aunt had a great relationship but MOMA probably seen that good relationship(as she was not trusting mom with her kids seem like) and became very jealous and envious of her sister. So mom (satan - evil spirit) started feeding her daughter with lies after lies until the lies seem like the truth (but not the truth) just their truth which seems now that the Aunt is disfunctional and or the family, but in reality she is the person that reached out to her niece in kindness and love and was there for her.
So I don't see the family being disfunctional, I see a mother that told lies to her daughter so much that eventually it turned her against the ONE person that loved her the most. That's why at the end the Aunt said what she said ( a sign of a person that love God and know God got her) when going through a storm as this. All you say to Satan to GET THEE BEHIND ME SATAN BECAUSE I'M STILL GONNA STAND. And that's just what she did and showed in the courtroom . Bless you Aunt. Keep standing because the enemy is busy. Blessings..
