Maybe, but I definitely remember being a little girl, and my favorite part of the games were the cheerleaders. My favorite Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader became a Real Housewife of Texas, interesting enough. She was the whole reason I even went after cheer. Certain cheerleaders are well known and recognized in the cheer world. You're either solid with a long career, and become a part of the brand or you're replaceable. That's being said, the cheer world is more like a secret society. Most people don't know it exists, as heavily as it does. That also being said, I don't know a single cheer team that's brought in more money than the actual team playing.
