I have to go to work as an essential worker. Thankfully I’m not in the medical field but I still have to head out on the bus to go to work 4 days a week. I greatly appreciate the people who are staying home like they should during this! It keeps me safer! It keeps all of us safer! My anxiety is at an all time high but messages like this are always nice to see and hear. Thank you!

As a person who works for a company that makes and delivers medical appliances, I have been inspired recently by the doctors and nurses who continue to work. As such, I will be working harder to push out more product.. Though I wish they would teach me how to build the ventilators... I think that would truly help.
I am what you call an essential personnel. I work for a bank. Yes banks still have to stay open so everyone can still do business get money for food, gas, and other essential things. I beg of you please stay home if you can. We need to be available for situations and people are out about wanting to open new accounts. Unless you have been hit with fraud this is not essential. Wait till we reopen. Also please be nice to the workers out there we are people too. I have been cussed out and yelled at all day today and it takes a toll. We are trying to do the best we can. Stay happy stay healthy!

Anxiety and depression is at an all time high here. I work retail and its unreal how inconsiderate some people can be. Some people are not taking this seriously ❤ I'm more worried about me bringing it home to my husband or the 6 year old I help babysit throughout the week. I know my job is menial compared to those in the health care field, but it's terrifying. I also am doing the grocery and essential item shopping for my parents, grandparents, and sister (she is pregnant and is due in 3 weeks). They are all at home and I'd rather risk my life getting them what they need instead of having them go out and risk themselves. All I can do is stand at the doorway and drop items off to them. I cant hug them or anything. I worry most for my grandmother. She has lupus and I'd go to the ends of the earth for her. I just want everyone safe, not just my family. Thank you to everyone who is still working day in and day out throughout this. And my heart goes out to everyone that is either suffering from this or who has family/friends that are suffering or who have passed. You are all in my thoughts ❤ and thank you Daniel for being a light in these dark times. I know I speak for all of us when I say we appreciate it more than you will ever know!!

It is definitely a scary and worrying time (which I know is affecting my own depression and anxiety, as well as many other peoples) but we must have care and respect for everyone around us. Huge respect for all essential workers and those who are fighting to keep things going while also battling their own fears and health problems.

I'm not so good at putting my thoughts into words, because of my stutter problem. Granted I have mental illness too yes depression and anxiety but more than. Not many people actually know because it's not something that generally said or brought up. I actually have a little bit of brain damage from being dropped on my head when I was a baby. Things are difficult for me but it doesn't stop me from showing how much I truly care for people above and beyond. But I'm here, I care, full of love and would shower everyone with it if they only allow me to. I'm here, and I'm not going anywhere. I'm here, and I always will be for the people who want me to be.
Well said! We have to do this together and apart at the same time. I haven't seen my boyfriend for 4 weeks because I live in the Netherlands and he lives in Belgium and they closed the borders. I know there are people who have it much worse and I'm grateful that everyone I know is still ok but I also miss him and his family so much 😔
I am medically at risk and I may have it. My doctor has advised me to keep an eye on my SPO2 sats and temp. I'm so anxious now that I'm checking it several times a day cause they said it happens really fast once it hits your lungs. I can't even hold or kiss my children right now and it breaks my heart.

I’ve got family who have it, they aren’t getting a lot worse but also aren’t getting better. Also had to put my dog to sleep two days ago so it’s been a hard week. We really are all in this together and now is the time more than ever to be supportive and compassionate. My best friend went and got groceries for her parents yesterday cause they both health issues that they can't get exposed. She had to gradually bring groceries to their door and then had to back away. All her parents wanted to do was hug her 😭 I can't not cry while typing that. It makes me miss my parents a lot and I wish I could help them right now (they're out of state). I wish everyone the best, stay safe and keep clean. We'll get through this 💜🙏✌
