great content! Make a video about tax implications when u invest in Pakistani as NRP.
What about service life of building? Your independent property will be transferred to your next generation but what about apartments? Because buildings will have a life of 50+ years and maybe less too if any catastrophic event hit it such as earthquake. Whats the laws then? How to claim property rights for next generation then?

Regarding psx unfortunately because of pak rs devaluation the real growth is negative. I noticed that pak real estate is actually negative in terms of dollars despite some appreciation of real estate. After government taxation on real estate the growth is,very slow
