It is important to know that there has been some unusual delay in the property transfer which took longer then usual time, however, as they say - all is well that ends well. Wali bhai, jitne dirhams yahan invest krne hein agar yei same amount pakistan k banks me ISLAMIC TERM DEPOSIT k zariye se karein to wahan 12% p.a milta hai jisko monthly b receive kr sakte hein. Just saying k in ka agar comparisson karein to Pakistan me bank me term deposite is more safe and very very easy. Ap kya kehte hein is baare me??

Guarantee anything. However, this is regulated by all relevant authorities which is important

YEs - not a problem. However, a few countries are bared right now including someone residing in Pakistan. But in general you can.

@14 yanni monthly return fixed hai and makes no difference whether we invest 1000 AED or 10000 AED, we will still get the same AED return every month, Really? Return isn't according to proportion of our investment? Please clarify. Thanks
1000 AED or 10,000 AED wont matter - the %age of profit will remain same. But investing more will make sense as with the real estate you want to maximize the investment.

Always use annual returns - never monthly.

It’s about percentage - invest more to get more return. This was just proof of concept.
This is around 6-7% return on AED. Not 1%
